I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
After I complained, and phoned several more times, the company issued a full refund. I do not think they would have responded, nor had they, without the Revdex.com complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is unfortunate that I had to file a complaint in order to receive a response and I still worry that shipping wording on the company website is misleading. I do want to note that I spoke with Alecia the same day that my complaint was filed and she was wonderful. I know her job is particularly difficult right now because of the backlog of orders and I would recommend offering her some praise as you definitely don't want to lose her. The other customer service reps I spoke with seemed disinterested in my situation and basically said they had no idea what was going on or when it would ship but Alecia seemed genuinely empathetic and made attempts to offer a resolution.
