Eco Flower has refunded my $$$. I am not happy that this company did not deliver the product as it was advertised. I had to pay $$$ to pay to track the item because I distrusted them refunding my $$. It literally took Me contacting my credit card company and then the Revdex.com to get them to respond. Thank you Revdex.com for helping us resolve this issue.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive the product that was promised to arrive in time for my after a month and a half of repeated contact and checking in. What good does half of an order 3 days after my party do me? I want my money back that I am out for a product I was unable to use due to the unacceptable delays from Eco Flower that broke their own Terms of Agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:They sent me a tracking number last Wednesday (5/10) but they haven't actually shipped it yet. Here is the tracking number [redacted] - it just says status not available. If they aren't going to send me what I paid for I am happy to accept a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm still not satisfied with how the situation was handled and the quality of the bouquets. I feel that since I was forced to make alterations to them with only hours before my wedding. The stress your poor processes and lack of commitment to quality product caused me to be very upset about my bouquets during my wedding and I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for a subpar product. Your terms and conditions change weekly so the current terms dont apply to a purchase made in January.
