I am rejecting this response because: The company never contacted me regarding any shipping issue.  I have no need for this item since it arrived late.  I will happily return it, however I will need a postage paid return label and box to return it.  Unless you would prefer that I return it in an envelope.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, at my persistence of follow ups my order has been shipped out. Half of my order are substitutes. Your response did not acknowledge or address  why you still market those items on your website when you actually do not have and cannot produce them without significant delay (over 3 months) or at all.My desire was to receive the items I actually ordered, which was not an option. I received 1 option for the country love sign that shows unavailable online. Yet the one I actually ordered and you cannot fulfill still it's available for purchase.You also made no effort to acknowledge that you heavily run promotional campaigns when you are fully aware you have major fulfillment issues, thus causing further delays to paying consumers.
