I am rejecting this response because: I don't see any reason Eco Flower cannot mail a refund check to me for the amount I paid - $40.00.  I feel I should not have to go through the hassle and additional delay of filing a claim with PayPal.  I have waited 7 months since placing my original order, contacted customer service on numerous occasions, and was NEVER informed of a delay in my refund until contacting the Revdex.com.  This company has horrific customer service, and I feel my refund should be processed and sent to me immediately.
