I do see that you have spoken with a supervisor in our wedding department and they have advised that you would need to return the order as it was delivered prior to the date that was provided on the order. There has been no changes to wedding line Terms & Conditions since the placement of the order other than the lead time for production. I am rejecting this response because:  That's fine, you can contact UPS or whomever but I want my money back.  If not, I will move forward with legal action.  It isn't so much about the money, it's the fact that no one got back to me about my order, I called SEVERAL times, sent emails and heard nothing.  It's now 6/20 and I don't have what I ordered.  Yet, I paid in full many weeks ago.  Not a good business practice.  Please refund 100% of my order or I will move forward by this Friday.

I Am accepting closing this case since I have now received my money back from PayPal. The company did 100% guarantee delivery before Xmas as long as orders were placed before 12/12. I have screen shots of all of their promotions as well so they are no longer a truthful company. I also reached out to the company 4 times (not 2 like they claim) and I was told 3 of the 4 times that they would ship my orders with expedited shipping so I would get them before Xmas. I also have screen shot of every single one of those discussions. This company used to be honest and care about customer service. Not only did they not refund my money when I asked, they offered nothing to help fix the situation. I had 15 or so orders with this company and will no longer be ordering. They lost a lot of good customers this Xmas.

I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately,  you did not cancel my order.  I made a complaint through PayPal that you stole my money and they gave me back the money.  I am specifically complaining because your customer service was horrible as I (the customer) called multiple times and asked to speak to a manager with no response, you did not deliver in 15 days as promised and did not notify the customer that it was back logged when ordered, and you did not notify the customer of when you would have a delivery date.  As far as I'm concerned, I will reject all of your responses until you give an adequate response of why a manager did not call me back, why you are back logged but did not notify your customer and what are you doing to improve your processes to be a better company.  You have an F rating for a reason but you have no plan on how you are attempting to make it better.

You are no longer following any guidelines set by PayPal and you were unresponsive to my emails and voicemails and when I finally reached your company, the customer service was horrible. Revdex.com:i did call my credit card company and they had told me if the item is eventually delivered to let them know and they will put the charge back on my card.  American Express was going to give this company more time to deliver promised goods.  By no means have I resolved the issue with this company.  It was my credit card company under my complaint to them.   I will NEVER do business with this company again.
