I am rejecting this response because: I have recieved the item in the mail and it is falling apart. The paint is peeling off the box because it looks like it was packed before it was dry. The flowers are mashed and dirty. I can see the green floral foam and there are strings of dried hot glue all over. This item was thrown together and mailed. There are twigs sticking out one side but not throughout the whole centerpiece.

Also stated is that we must receive notification of damage within 3 business days of delivery. As the order was delivered in early December, the customer service representatives that you spoke with chose to set aside our 3 business day requirement and offered to replace the damaged bouquet. As per our policy we requested pictures of the damaged items to be emailed to us which we have yet to receive. I am including a copy of the Return/Replacement policy from our Terms & Conditions as well should you have any questions. In regards to your statement of Styrofoam material. The flowers are in fact made from a material called Sola wood, which is derivative of the tapioca plant and is a very soft wood. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.Except as provided for replacement bouquets below, there are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the Service. All sales are final. Hello,Thank you for reaching back out to us. As the orders have been delivered they are not eligible for a refund. If you chose to return them you may return them in the original packaging. Once they are received back to our warehouse you will receive your refund. In regards to the missing vase it is scheduled to ship this week.
