I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   Even though they did not say there was anything that needed to be checked - either on their pages or their checkout, I will close the case as I have received product.  I am however going to write a negative review as some of the product looks like it was made by a 2nd grader.
