I am rejecting this response because:Standard customer service response time is typically business days I gave business days cancelling my order and my order was still sent anyway I have contacted my credit card to get my money refunded As I am not home during the day I won't be able to reject delivery of the packageUpon delivery, I will leave the package outside my house for hours and you are more than welcome to have USPS/UPS/FedEx etc come pick up the package I am not responsible for anything happening to the package as it should not have been sent Due to my work schedule and location, I will not be able to bring the package to a post officeIt is EcoFlower's responsibility to have the package picked up if they want it back

Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us. I apologize for the confusion. The order number given on the complaint was actually for another customer. The correct order number we have for you is [redacted] not [redacted]. Based off the corrected order information I have pulled up the order and do see that there is an issue with the item that shipped. Based off the tracking information, I do see that it was delivered to the local USPS in Commerce City but has not shown any movement since it was delivered. Due to this information we would consider this shipment as lost as I see that we have done and a refund was processed. An email confirmation was sent to the email address on file. Depending on your financial institution your refund would process back to your account within 3-5 business days from the date of the email. If the package is located and delivered please refuse or return the item back to your local post office as we are filing a claim with USPS.Thank you
