I am rejecting this response because: I finally received the product I ordered back in May. But only after I had filed with the Revdex.com and the Utah Consumer. It's sad that a customer has file a complaint in order to get the product they ordered and paid for. Your business practice needs work. From the ground up. You're still accepting order and promising a 10-15 production time, yet you can't fulfill the orders you already have. Customer service is non existent, your phone line goes directly to a voicemail after being on hold for what seems like forever. And emails go unanswered. While I have received my product and it looks similar to what I ordered, it's damaged. The bubble wrap around the bouquet was so tight that it bent most of the flowers and broke a few of them.

I will accept this response since I received the items I paid for, but I am disappointed that one of the three items was crushed, and one is missing flowers. In lieu of sending back 2/3rds of my order and waiting several more months for a solution/response, I will just try to repair them myself. Thank you for your assistance in getting my order shipped.
