I feel Eco flowers owes me the remaining amount of my $42. Because of the way my business with them was handled . I will never do business with them again , so why would I want to keep the gift card , that I don't have anymore .....which the way I understand , the remaining amount was returned to . This is way I'm not satisfied with Eco flowers response to my complaint .

I am rejecting this response because: this is the same response I received months ago and yet the company continues to heavily promote sales to customers and mislead people to believe it will take 15 business days to receive an order. If they are having such significant supplier issues, they should stop the false advertising.

I am rejecting this response because:While I did finally receive my flowers I was extremely dissatisfied with what arrived. You can see the first picture attached is of what the websites claims you will get (made of a bunch of recycled material such as burlap, soda caps, wood shavings, book pages...etc) unfortunately you can see in the remaining pictures that I only received dyed foam that was stained with dirt and broken. The colors weren't vibrant as shown nor did I get all the types of flowers shown.the wooden vase I ordered as well has hot glue stuck to the outside and the bottom piece of fabric (ON WHAT SHOULD BE A WOODEN VASE) is falling off. I have never been so disappointed in a product that looked to be a great addition for my house that ended up such a dud. I hope they redo this CORRECTLY OR REFUND MY MONEY

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.Except as provided for replacement bouquets below, there are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the Service. All sales are final. You may receive a replacement bouquet only if: (1) you submit a request within three calendar days of the delivery date to [email protected] with pictures of product received attached, or (2) the wrong item was delivered, or if the bouquet arrives in substandard condition.
