Hello,Thank you for reaching back out to us. After reviewing your order further I do see where we had requested pictures of the what you receive but we have yet to receive them. In regards to the previous representatives they unfortunately had not taken our Terms & Conditions in to consideration while speaking with you. Based off our Terms & Conditions we do require 3 days within delivery to notify us of any issues with the order. As the order was received August 18th, we did hear from you until February 7th. At this time there will be no refund or shipment of additional flowers granted. Thank you

As you responded back to the email with a request for replacement the refund was stopped. A replacement has be requested and will be shipped out to you soon. I would like it to be noted that it is not actually Eco Flower who resolved this complaint, but Pay Pal. Eco Flower charged my credit card immediately for a product that they can not provide. They send canned responses to emails, then told me they would refund my money, which they also did not do. When I called a second time about my refund, they told me to file a claim with PayPal. I am satisfied that I got my money, although what I wanted was the product that I paid for. I am dissatisfied with everything about the transaction (lack of product, terrible customer service), other than PayPal.

It is unfortunate that it came to having to file official complaints, but I received my order this weekend. There is no scent on my product, which I had ordered, but the flowers look better than I expected and I am happy to have this ordeal completed.
