To Whom It May Concern:We are sorry to hear about this customer's experience. However, we are unable to assist in the matter because the order was NOT placed with our company - EcoFlower Weddings. We do not have an order in that customer's name nor with that order number. Just to clarify, although...
we share a similar name, we are a completely separate, non-affiliated company from Eco Flower (ecoflower.com). Our company specializes in just wedding flowers and just custom flower orders so we do not offer bouquet options for Mother's Day. We are a much smaller company, more of a "mom&pop" shop. Because we customer craft to order, we require that all orders are placed 2-3 months in advance of the desired delivery date. Since we are not responsible for this customer's order, it would be best if the customer reached out to the respective company's customer service team and/or post a complaint against that company. Hopefully, the customer will be able to get the matter resolved in a timely manner. Let us know if there is any additional information we can provide. Thank you.
