I am sorry to hear that your item was not delivered to the location of your wedding. We would have been happy to update the address for you. As the order has been delivered prior to the date on the order, it is not eligible for refund. received a call and we advised of the delay with the "Beard" sign but offered to send out the "Bicep" sign. We never received a call or email back in regards to this so we continued awaiting the availability of the "Beard" sign. We than received a call on November 9th regarding status and requested cancellation of both order #[redacted] and #[redacted]. Based off the orders, they were both cancelled at that time and refunds were processed immediately and email confirmations were sent to the corresponding emails. As order #[redacted], was also paid using a gift card, than the refund would go back to a gift card. Which is why you received the gift card back immediately.Once a refund has been processed and emails sent it will take between 3-5 business days for an Electronic Fund Transfer to post to the account. I do see that you have contacted our customer service today as well and verified that the refunds have posted back to your account. I am rejecting this response because: You fraudulently continue to offer sales and promotions through social media that you are clearly unable to fulfill. There is a whole Facebook page dedicated to brides and others who have been misled and robbed by your so-called company. Stop soliciting new orders with unrealistic production times, that you have proven yourself unable to meet. Taking people's hard-earned cash with no ability or intent to meet the promised delivery date is horrid and you should be ashamed.
