I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me because I did finally receive the product. However, I am still very disappointed in the lack of customer service. After leaving several voicemails and emails, posting on social media and contacting the Revdex.com I was still never contacted by the company nor was I offered anything for the inconvenience. I will not be recommending Eco Flower to anyone nor will I order from then again. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
