I am rejecting this response because:
I am not satisfied with the response from the business I complained about. They want me to file a complaint with PayPal. I feel they should refund me and if they have a problem with PayPal, they should take it up with PayPal. I have NEVER had a problem with Paypal.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me; however I do think this company needs to modify their shipping policy as it is deceptive and inaccurate. Also, their customer service and order tracking needs major improvement. The only reason they shipped the order was because I filed this complaint.
