However, it is a poor business model to process deliveries upon receipt of a Revdex.com complaint. I firmly believe my order was only processed for shipment on 5/5/17 after the Revdex.com complaint, not my direct contact to Customer Service. I'm in hopes that the product arrives undamaged as I've also read where product arrives damaged.
