I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is 'satisfactory' to me. I received a credit for the payment I made on 5/12/17, but I believe it was a result of the dispute I filed with my credit card company and not EcoFlower issuing a refund. And it is sad that the company refuses to respond to a customer directly after numerous attempts but can respond within 2 hours of receiving a Revdex.com compliant. This "business" is truly awful, and deserves to have a much lower score than a C- from the Revdex.com. The CEO and other executives need to pull their heads out of their bums and stop blaming others for all of their issues and realize they need to do much better in order to survive as a Company. Blocking people on Social Media for telling the truth and deleting negative comments is deceptive, which leads to even more people being swindled by this Company.
