I am rejecting this response because:the tracking info has been posted for a few days but the item has yet to be logged in at USPS. I am disappointed that my problem was only resolved after complaining to Revdex.com. I am flabbergasted that after being told that my order was on back order and there was no way to tell me when my order would be fulfilled that the same bouquet showed up on my social media for sale.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is FINALLY satisfactory to me. Eco Flower did complete the refund promised to me on June 5, 2017, three month and one day past the date I originally ordered. I received a call from their Customer Service Department only after I contacted the Revdex.com, to tell me that what I had ordered, they didn't even have in stock. All other previous attempts on my part to contact them to resolve this matter before contacting the Revdex.com went ignored by the company, other than to receive an email with absolutely NO information telling me anything. When I asked the Customer Service Rep when they would have the item that I ordered, I was told they didn't know. I was asked if I wanted to wait (with no time frame given) or a refund. I opted for a refund. Ridiculous. This company is still actively advertising selling product that they have absolutely NO intentions of fulfilling in any timely manner. None whatsoever. They need to be shut down. BUYER BEWARE!
