Hello,Thank you for reaching back out to usAs mentioned previously the flowers do not show any damageAs sola wood is a soft wood you are able to fluff the flowers by adding some hot water and reshaping themAs we do not normally accept returns we do offer prepaid shipping labelsIf you chose to return them you may and your refund will be processed once the are returned to our warehouse.
