to hear that you didn't like itHowever as it is a subscription box and we can not always guarantee that every customer will be happy with what they receiveAs for the value of the items, it is determined by our designersWe have never sold large loose flowers on our website so I am unsure of where you got the cost of the flower individuallyAs for the multiple charges that occurred, the company that processes our subscription payments caught the issue shortly after it happenedThey immediately caught and fixed the issue and started processing refunds immediatelyI do apologize that you have had difficulty reaching out to our customer service departmentAs mentioned in our FAQ page, our customer service department is currently behind on emails as calls take priorityIf we have received multiple emails from a customer, our customer service department will respond to the most recent of the emails and archive the remaining emailsPlease let us know if there is anything else that we may help you with.Thank you

Hello,Thank you for reaching out to usI apologize for the delay!!I have reviewed your orders and you were advised correctly by our customer service departmentOnce a customer has filed a dispute with their card company our hands are tied and we are unable to complete refunds as the funds are now
tied up in the disputeBased off your orders we received the dispute information from your bank on October 11thOn that day we advised your financial institution that your orders have been cancelled and we accepted the chargeback, which means the funds were released backWith disputes, however, it may take between 75-days for the financial institution to complete the chargeback. So per our records we accepted the dispute and released the funds on October 11th and your financial institution was advised and the dispute was closed on our endAny further concerns with your dispute you will need to follow up with your financial institutionPlease let us know if there is anything else that we may help you with.Thank you
