I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me At the point I made the complaint, I simply wanted to have the promised product in hand I will however never make a purchase from this business again Having a specific production time listed that appears to be impossible for them, continuing to send daily promotions and sales when they cannot keep up with production on existing orders, giving customer service agents no information on production delays or backorders, and seemingly only satisfying orders once a Revdex.com complaint has been filed; these are simply unacceptable It is a shame as the company has a wonderful product, but it isn't worth the hassle trying to deal with their terrible business

***Furthermore, our company does not offer a sample box productSince we custom craft each floral item to order, we prefer for orders to be placed 2-months in advance of the preferred delivery dateWe do not advertise on our website (www.ecoflowerweddings.com) that orders will be shipped within days of ordering nor do we offer a "click and order" feature on our website. Just to clarify, we at EcoFlower Weddings are a separate company to Eco Flower in Ogden, UtahIn March 2016, Eco Flower launched their own wedding line. This can cause confusion. We at EcoFlower Weddings are a much smaller company that specializes in custom crafting wedding flowers made to orderBecause our ordering process is more involved, orders are placed either over the phone or via emailWe do not offer a "click and order" feature on our websiteOur orders also require 2-months to custom craft.Based upon the mentioned crafting/shipping time frame of and the description of the ordered sample box, it is very likely that this order was placed with Eco Flower in Ogden, Utah.
