 I had had to call the business 3 more times just to get an email confirmation on a refund and I was told 3 days for the refund and I still have not received the refund. This company is never on the same page for anything.

When I contacted the company they told me delivery time would be November, my wedding is in October . The 15 day product time they advertise is false as I ordered this product in early June.

I am rejecting this response because:There is NO reason my order should have been shipped in the first place. I want to know why you thought it was acceptable to ship my order 6 MONTHS AFTER I ORDERED. I requested a refund multiple times in the past 3 months. Instead you shipped the product anyway to make it difficult for me to obtain my refund. My wedding was April 15th, 2017 and you shipped me my product in JUNE. I ordered DECEMBER 2016. This makes no sense. You should have realized that my product would not be ready to ship in business days. Why you shipped your sy product to me six months after I ordered is beyond me. I am baffled. What did you think shipping the flowers would do? It was a complete waste of time, money and resources. I had to take the boxes back to the post office to reject the order. Why were they shipped to me AFTER I requested multiple refunds? Are you that clueless?
