I am rejecting this response because: I will wait for them to email me.....this has been going on for months....and I want to leave this open incase they do not respond. They did not give either a day or when they would respond by. It could be another 2 months.This is simply ridiculous. They keep advertising their sales and offering deals and yet can't keep up with their emails or their orders. Poor...poor customer service :(And the quality of work they have sent out.....terrible!! Not what you pay for and it is certainly not what they advertise.I would just like to receive my order undamaged......I would like to get this done and over with. I have been waiting for months :(

I am rejecting this response because: I have received no such email from Ecoflower. Since I have received no such email or information from them, and since they refuse to answer my emails and don't answer their phone, as well as have blocked me on Facebook I would like a full refund.

Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us. I apologize for the issues that occurred with your order. I do see we contacted you to advise we were unable to fulfill your order due to the loose flowers on the order. There was multiple calls and emails in regards to this. The most recent offering to cancel the loose flowers and ship the Bridal Bouquet out to you in time for your wedding. We than received a call the next day from your fiance requesting that the entire order be cancelled at which time he was advised that the refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. Refund was processed sooner and was sent to your financial institution on Friday, March 31st. Once the refund has been processed the time frame that the money takes to process back to your account is dependent on your financial institutions. Our understanding is that it is normally 3-5 business days. We do apologize that we were not able to get the items you requested out to you. Thank you
We received a private message from the customer on Facebook and did advise her that our production time is 15 business days. Based off our standard production timeframe that is stated in our Terms & Conditions (which is agreed upon at checkout) her order would have been completed by the 26th of...
December. Due to the holidays our production time was delayed. Customer advised that she had expected the order by Christmas. During the month of December we did offer a guaranteed Christmas delivery option that was available at checkout. Unfortunately the customer chose our standard shipping option. We are working to get orders out as quickly as possible and the customers order will be shipping soon. Once the order has shipped the customer will receive an email with tracking. We do apologize that the customer had experienced issues with our online chat system. We have been experiencing a very high quantity of calls, emails and chats and our Customer Service Department is working to get through them as quickly as possible. We have been experiencing some technical issue on our end which has made responding to chats very difficult and we are currently working on our end to ensure that this does not occur again. We do apologize for the delay in the customers order and do understand any frustrations that the delay's may have caused.
