I am rejecting this response because: 15 days is a goal, however when an order hasn’t shipped in over 45 days and you don’t reach out to a customer to inform them of the delay or answer the phone is unacceptable and poor business practice. It wasn’t until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com did I get a response. I want nothing to do with this business any further. Please do send me back any further communication.
