I am rejecting this response because:EcoFlowers did not supply the product I ordered. I ordered an I love Lucy bouquet that is black & white with jewels. What I received was beige, green & purple with no jewels. Not even close to the same style. I can supply photos if needed.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I did receive order #[redacted] for my bridal bouquet. It arrived damaged and not as expected and I will not be using it for my wedding. On 6/19 I did escalate the charge for order #[redacted] through Paypal, however, I did not dispute the charge. I had Paypal reach out to Eco Flower too to get my order that was significantly delayed resolved. On 6/26, order #[redacted] status was changed to fulfilled on Eco Flower's site (it still says fulfilled). On 6/27, I emailed Eco Flower asking for a tracking number for this fulfilled order. I never received a response. Eco Flower had until 6/29 to respond to Paypal, which they did not and Paypal chose to refund me since I have not received the product. I learned from this Revdex.com message on 7/5/17, that Eco Flower actually cancelled order #[redacted]. I received no notice other than Revdex.com's message that it was cancelled and the status says FULFILLED on their site, not cancelled still as of today 7/10/17. As far as my most recent order #[redacted] placed on 6/13 that I requested be fulfilled as soon as possible to make up for my negative experiences- saying on 7/5 that it will be an additional 7-10 days before it is shipped is not acceptable. 7/6 would be 15 business days after the order was placed which Eco Flower states orders will be fulfilled within 15 business days. Tacking on additional time is extremely poor customer service. I will not be a returning customer.
