Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us. I apologize that your order was delayed. I have pulled up your order and do see that you spoke with our customer service department on April 27th. Based off the notes on the order, the order was cancelled and a refund was processed back to your account. Depending on your financial institution it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to post back to your account. In regards to our shipping and production time frames, we do list them in multiple locations. We include the terms & conditions on every product page, as well as they are listed at the bottom of the web page. We do require our customers, prior to checkout, to read over and agree to our terms & conditions. As for our wedding line, we do provide our wedding FAQ's on our wedding section, as well as in our wedding time frames are listed in our terms & conditions, as they do have a longer production time. I am rejecting this response because: they are only talking about the damage that was made and not the fact that the product was poorly made and it stinks, like literally stinks and how am I supposed to prove the fact that it stinks, also I needed this bouquet for an event this Saturday which even if I got a replacement bouquet it would be worthless because it wouldn't be here in time for my event. I understand the terms and conditions but the terms and conditions don't say anything about a poorly made product as well as I paid for a product that was supposed to look good as well as smell like vanilla not like raw sewage. I can send pictures of the damage but what am I supposed to do with the smell and the fact that it looks like my 11year old made it?incerely,

I am rejecting this response because: Your website advertised for a Mother's Day sale which is what brought me to place my order in the first place. Because I had ordered a full month in advance and with time added to the fifteen day time frame you stated on your phone systems, I was under the impression that my order would arrive in time to give your products as Mothers Day Gifts. Your phone system also stated that I would receive an email from you when my order was received and again when my order was shipped. After multiple attempts to contact you via phone and email, I still have not heard directly from your company with the exception of the emails you send out in search of new business. Yes, my order has now been received three days after Mothers Day. After having my card charged on 4/17 but not having any sign that you had received my order as you had stated you would give in your phone answering system, I assumed my Mothers Day gifts would not come in time for the holiday (and they didn't.) Therefore, I had to go out and spend MORE money on Mother's Day presents. Your flowers are now worthless to me and I will gladly return them in order for you to refund my money as I have already replaced your "Mothers Day" items.

I am rejecting this response because: I received my bouquet's and am honestly disappointed. As you can tell by the pictures there are a bunch of brown, decaying areas as well as broken petals and some places that look very badly put together. For $70 a bouquet I expect perfection. I’m requesting to return these and get a full refund.
