Sample boxes did have a production time frame of 3-5 weeks. I am rejecting this response because: Although I appreciate Eco Flower finally sending my order, it has arrived damaged. I am attaching pictures showing the damage. The flowers had large packing bubbles on top of the product, but not below. Clearly, this caused the flowers to be smashed and damaged. Everything about my order has been a let down. I would like a full refund of my money.
