I am rejecting this response because:it was by pure luck that the product was actually shipped. It took nearly 55 days for a promised 15 day order with no contact from the business to notify me. It wasn't until I started filing complaints with the Revdex.com and posting reviews about there products and lack of customer service that I actually got an email saying they are behind. Well duh! You have lost a customer and I will continue to speak out on every post I see regarding your crappy company.

Hello,Thank you for reaching back out to us. Our customer service department is working as quickly as possible to respond to all emails and answer calls. In regards to your statement that the flowers are not made of wood but another material. They are actually made out of Sola Wood, which is a derivative of the tapioca plant and is a soft wood. We also use birch and pallet wood flowers, although they may not be part of the item you purchased. As per our Terms & Conditions all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
