To Whom It May Concern:Although we are sorry to hear about this customer's delayed wedding flower order, we are unable to assist in the matter because the complaint was erroneously placed against our company. We do not have an order corresponding to the respective order number or in this customer's...
name. Just to clarify, we at EcoFlower Weddings (www.ecoflowerweddings.com) are a completely separate, non-affiliated company with Eco Flower (www.ecoflower.com). Eco Flower has a wedding line of its own. The fact that we share a similar name can create confusion. We at EcoFlower Weddings are a much smaller company - more of a mom&pop shop. We specialize in ONLY custom wedding flower orders. Since we custom craft each flower order to order, we require for orders to be placed 2-3 months in advance of the preferred delivery date. As the owner of this company, I personally participate in the order placement, customer service matters, and crafting of the floral items. Since the order was not placed with our company, we are unable to address the matter. It would be best for the customer to either file a complaint or to reach out to the corresponding company with whom the order was placed. Hopefully, the customer will be able to get the matter resolved in a timely manner. Let us know if there is any other information we can provide to further refute the complaint. Thank you.
