I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. They did ship the product immediately after I posted my complaint. I believe that had I not posted a complaint, I may never have received a refund or my order. The items showed up broken. I did not attempt contacting the company to report that because I do not believe they will care or respond.There is no good reason to go two months without any communication from Ecoflower and then have them magically deliver the product.
