I have spoke with my shipping department and we do see that your entire order was shipped on February 21st and delivered on February 23rd in a 2 piece shipment by FedEx. I have tracked both shipments and confirmed delivery. The tracking numbers are as follow, [redacted] and [redacted].  As for the Martha Stewart bouquet its non returnable, as all sales are final. I will wait a little longer because I still want the product but would appreciate some communication as to what is happening with my order.  If I would have been told months ago when I placed the order that there was a supply shortage I would not have been as upset.  Most customers are understanding if you are forthcoming with this type of information.  This is acceptable to be for now.  But please update me on the status.

I am rejecting this response because: This appears to be an automated response. I am very disappointed to hear that because I cancelled my order I deserve this automated response. In actuality, on the multiple phone calls I made to Eco flower, I complained and was told my concerns would be sent to management, which I never heard from. Their automated and impersonal response shows me that they did not look that deep into my order or have any concern for customer service or my concerns. It is very sad when a company keeps you waiting for a product for 4 months and all in that time cannot even give you an estimate of when you will receive your purchases. It is even more disheartening that the same company tells you that they will look into it on multiple occasions and nothing was ever done. Lots of false promises and poor customer service which is evident by Ecoflower's response. Their response indicates that they feel like they did me a favor by refunding me and my complaints are insignificant. I suppose they feel ithat is acceptable to have consumers wait for a minimum of 3-4 times longer than reported and have no idea when an order will be completed. They seem to also feel it is acceptable to give false promises to customers about their concerns.      they did me a favor my refunding my money so my complaint is insignificant.
