This reply is false. I have not received confirmation of a refund. I did, however, call yesterday to ask about my cancellation/refund and was told not to contact the company any more. I was told I wanted a refund based on "assumptions!" My only assumption was that I would receive the order I paid for. I have already contacted my lawyer, and will follow up accordingly.

Tracking confirms that the order was delivered to the shipping address on file on August 12th. We do not guarantee delivery time frame once the item has shipped from our warehouse. requested that the order be cancelled. Her refund was processed the next business day. As PayPal is a secure site the refunds to need to be processed differently than standard credit card purchases. Customer has made additional purchases with Ecoflower since this order was cancelled.

I am rejecting this response because:
Hi! So on 11/2 we reopened this complaint because my refund that was promised to me the first time it was closed hadn’t been issued. At that time, The company responded that it was because they only cut checks 2x/month so mine would be on the next run. I had no choice but to mark it as resolved based on that response. Here we are in December, I wanted to wait and give them a chance to have 2 “check runs” with the chance to mail and receive a check - but of course they haven’t refunded me. Can I please re-open again? They are obviously using the advantage of time against me knowing I have to add as resolved within a bit of time or it will be automatically closed. I don’t know what to do with these guys! They owe me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for any assistance. [redacted]

I am very disappointed in the business and it's false advertising, especially when dealing with brides.  I am also upset that it took over a week from when my complaint was filed to get a response from the business, however, I only have one week to respond. It should not have taken 40 days to get my money back, and it should not take having to go through the Revdex.com to do it.  I truly hope they have not taken advantage of anyone not keeping track of their bank statements.

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically stated I wanted a refund, not the product that was to be a gift back in end of April.  What am I supposed to do with this now?  Could have been avoided if you (Eco Flowers) would have been honest when my husband called initially and answered all other attempts.  You (Eco Flowers) should have honored my request for refund.  I am very disappointed to be out the money, time, have two products now I cannot use, and all of the energy and anxiety to deal with this ongoing issue.  Thank you, Revdex.com, it is very interesting that as soon as I made the report, they just went ahead and sent order-didn't even try to reach out to me or send refund as requested about this April 8th order.
