Based off the email thread I do see they have confirmed to have the order to you no later than March 6th or offered to cancel the order and refund, minus the 25% restocking fee. It does not look like we have received anything else from you. Please let us know if you would like to continue the order or if you would prefer to cancel. If you request for the order to be cancelled your refund will be processed immediately, minus the 25% restocking fee. Than depending on your financial institution your refund would post back to your account within 3-5 business days from the date of the refund confirmation email.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered these products for mothers day on April 22 giving myself close to a month when I submitted my credit card at that time  shipping was clearly 4 to 5  days., therefore There was NOTHING leading me to read conditions of a "normal" sale. Hello,Thank you for reaching back out to us. As the order was shipped prior to the receipt of your email, the order is not eligible for refund. As stated in our Contact Us FAQ, we do list that emails may take 10-20 days for response. Again if the order was damaged you may send pictures of the item to [email protected] and they will review the pictures and respond  to you directly. If you chose to not send pictures confirming damage we will be unable to process a refund. Per our Terms & Conditions we do require pictures sent for either refund or replacement. Also we do not provide prepaid shipping labels as all sales are final. If you chose to return them you may do so at your own discretion. If you no longer want to receive any email ads you may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to see proof of this claim, based on the box and flowers I received, this is false information. Thus far I have provided the company with photo proof of the box and flowers, your company has provided no documentation to prove this claim. Additionally multiple staff apologized for the mistake pointing out that the order appeared to be shipped incorrectly, only shipping half the order, and promising to ship or refund the other half. This has been drawn out over months and should be addressed by fixing the issue and refunding my order, as any other proper customer service would provide given the number of mistakes the company has made and the proof I have provided for this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: This response in no way addresses my previous response and actually goes in the complete opposite direction. Also, this is grammatically the worst "business" response I've seen!I will reiterate. I cancelled this order! YOU did not respond to either my question of a ship date or my request to cancel! You responded to my claim to Paypal for a cancellation refund to a shipping notice! I did not want this shipped! I was not home when it was delivered to reject it. I am NOT paying to ship it back to you, however if you send a prepaid shipping label I will be happy to return the item. You have collected interest on the money I have paid for this item for 5 months and I am not paying one more penny to your company. You have the worst customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with! You are constantly promoting sales and discounts on product you don't even have. That is False advertising!
