I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. However, I was told multiple times to watch my email for the refund. They stated they would send out an email when they released the funds, they never sent any such email. Also, my last email asking about the refund was never answered. The last time they communicated with me was in the beginning of December. So after just now receiving their response to my complaint I checked my credit card. The refund just posted about a week ago. I still believe what happened is unacceptable and that it should be reported.

see that on December 21st there was an email response advising of the delay in regards to the scent vials needed to complete the Wedding Sample box. On January 9th our wedding coordinator reached out to the customer to advise that we were still waiting on the scent vials to arrive and asked if the customer would like to continue the order or cancel. We did receive a response back requesting that the order be cancelled. A refund notification was sent and refund has been processed back to the original form of payment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please note that the delivery was not made until 10/24/2017, more than three months after the expected delivery date. This is after repeated e-mails, the Revdex.com complaint, and multiple social media posts. The UPS tracking is below. I am rejecting this response because: In case you're unfamiliar with a calendar, Mother's Day was MAY 14th, not June 14th. I made a purchase from THEIR "Mother's Day Delivery" section, but did not receive my item until a month later. A "future purchase" gift card means nothing to me really. Why would I want to make another order and then wait around for nearly two months before receiving my item?? Getting my money back for my initial purchase, would should good faith to me, and I would consider making a future purchase.
