You are a criminal.company.  i dont have my item yet... I ordered in march... I wanted a refund and reached out to you according to YOUR terms and conditions.   I DO NOT WANT A REFUND.   My complaint is still filed eith the Utah consumer protection agency and I can't wait for you to be shut down.  The investigator has been in contact with me.  You sent out a Fake tracking number.   Unacceptable.   I want my money back now.   That is against the law to do what you did.
