I am rejecting this response because: My order [redacted] is ALSO missing the glass vase. The bouquet was supposed to come with the "fresh cut roses" scent but I was sent a different smell. This other smell gives me a headache and I cannot display it in my home. I want a new bouquet with the correct smell or to be refunded the original amount I paid for this. I am rejecting this response because:  it is true I cancelled the order.    I attmepted to continue to contact Eco Flowers through email, phone, and even FaceBook.    I finally got through on a phone call and they were very rude.     They gave me the option to cancel or have the order continue to be made, with no guarantee to when and if the bouquet would ship.   They did not contact me to let me know they would be so delayed, they just continued to send ads for other things I could purchase through them.   So, the cancelation has been done, but because there was no guarantee they would actually ship my order.   There was no apology for missing the date they promised, no apology for not responding to my emails and other forms of attempted communication.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is unfortunate that it takes a complaint to the Revdex.com in order for my order to get shipped out. They continue to advertise false turn times and delete any negative comments or comments warning customers that they will not get their order in time. That is disappointing and ruins their credibility. Thank you for assisting me with getting my order.
