I am rejecting this response because:  I am not sure how this rejection system works, but I really need people to know of the terrible experiences I have had. Even after many many emails and calls they never got back in touch with me! I just waited and waited for my product which suddenly arrived two months after the purchase.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Of  I transposed the numbers the first order was actually [redacted], not [redacted], the business days they are processing a refund but I have no proof of that however given the poor service I would expect some form of apology compensation. Due to the amount of money in question it is not worth it to pursue arbitration, but I strongly recommend people take their business elsewhere.

The reason you were advised of this is because we recently chose to no longer use PayPal as a payment option causing delays with our refund processing. I am rejecting this response because: I used the Mother's Day discount code. And I left 3 voicemails and several emails asking for a refund right after Mother's Day, weeks before you finally shipped the items. You decided to ignore all the messages and ship the items anyway, even though you had every opportunity to cancel my order and refund my money. Funny that after contacting the Revdex.com you have no trouble responding to me. You're business tactics deserve a criminal investigation. There are entire social media pages dedicated to how you have screwed people over. I will be contacting the attorney general.
