I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Nevertheless, I remain disappointed in the company's lack of communication/customer service, and further in its total failure to acknowledge any error on its part in delaying over three times the stated production date or to provide any explanation for that delay.

I am rejecting this response because:Revdex.com:The response is true but it is not satisfactory. They are still stating on their website that orders will be sent within 15 business days of purchase. When I finally cancelled it was because I had placed my order 3 1/2 months ago and could only be told it would be “several months” before it would ship. After waiting for the refund for over two weeks I basically gave them a 4 month interest free loan. This is not satisfactory. They also waited until they received the Revdex.com complaint to refund my money. How long would they have held it if I hadn’t complained?
