Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please send pictures of the item to our customer service department at [email protected]. They will review the pictures that you provide and work with you directly for resolution. I do apologize you have not heard from our customer service department in regards to any voicemails or emails you may have done. Our customer service currently has no outstanding voicemails or emails so I am unsure as to why you haven't heard from them. In regards to our shipping time frames we do not guarantee that orders will ship within 15 business days. Our 15 business day time frame is a goal, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. I am rejecting this response because:what is Shopify? U send me software info... I'm a customer. You should try or please the customer not ur bottom line. It says to talk to the customer and tell them u will issue the refund. You never did that. U never responded to my emails only to BBC. THAT is bad business. U called my home and said u were unable to talk to me via emai. Ashley said the email didn't work. When the bank made an inquiry, u did not tell them the truth. U did not say the order was canceled because you did not fulfill the order in time. If u had issued the refund, then the bank would stop the inquiry. They just gave you the money AGAIN and took it AGAIN because u refused to respond correctly. The  correct response to a inquiry / chargeback is to respond that the customer deserves the refund. Instead u told them I purchased the items ...and made the bank go thru it again. U waste money, time and u should b willing to do what the customer asks and not blame the customer for what u did.if u issue the refunds...then the charge back goes away. That is the only satisfactory answer...to do what u said u would do on Oct. 6. U didn't do what u said. U should b willing to lose money to please ur customers... not tell me what u  can't do. The bank won't take more of ur money.

I am rejecting this response because:NOBODY should EVER have to go through THIS MUCH to get a product that they paid for. It's flat out ignoring the customer with no return phone calls or emails. I demanded that they issue a refund and NOT SHIP IT. They didn't listen. PayPal found them at fault and settled the claim in my favor. This company is unprofessional and rude and should pay for all the hurt and disappointment they are causing.

The product has been shipped out as of this morning to be returned. I included a copy of my cost for return in the box and would like that to be refunded as well, since I did not give consent to ship the product after asking for a refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  So glad that my order is finally being shipped, however, it's pretty unfortunate that I had to file a complaint with Revdex.com in order for that to happen.  I am also very disappointed that they don't even try to offer any compensation for the wait and deception they give their customers when they say 15 day production time.  This company has officially lost my business and I will be sure to notify my friends and family of their poor customer service and ridiculous production times, so that they will not be customers either.
