I am rejecting this response because: It should not take months to respond to a complaint and as a business, you have done nothing to rectify the situation.  I had to send several emails, go through several robots, made several calls, spent valuable time listening to music for no one to answer....all to get to the point where I finally resolved the situation to the best of my ability....myself.  It is my right to reject your feedback and maintain that EcoFlowers is not a reputable business.  Your Revdex.com score will stay quite low if I have anything to do with it and I will do no further business with you.  I am a customer that you will never be able to satisfy due to my two extremely poor experiences with you.  My recommendation would be to change your business practices and not expect a standing ovation when you finally respond to a complaint 3-4 months after it was made.
