from the date of the email. In regards to to shipping and production time frames. As per our Terms & Conditions it is our goal to have your order shipped within 15 business days of purchase. We do not guarantee delivery dates for orders. As all orders are handmade. Customers are required to read and agree to these Terms & Conditions prior to checkout. Based off your order I do see that you contacted us 3 business days after placing the order requesting that the order be cancelled. You were advised at the time that orders are unable to be cancelled unless the have passed our 15 business days goal. You emailed us again on August 15 requesting that the order be cancelled. At that time your order was cancelled and you were advised that your refund would be completed within 7-10 business days or sooner. It actually seems that your refund was completed within 3 business days and an email confirmation was sent to you. As for your statement that you feel that our items are "ugly and cheap" versions I am sorry to hear that you feel that way but I can assure you all items that leave our warehouse do pass a quality inspection prior to shipment. Unfortunately shipping issues do occur that can cause damage to items. We are happy to replace any item that has arrived damaged and hope that customers would reach out to us if they receive any item that arrives in poor condition. I am rejecting this response because: Unacceptable business practices. My order was shipped on the Thursday of the week my package was supposed to arrive, even if the package was shipped to the "correct shipping facility" it still wouldn't have arrived on time (latest that Friday). The gift is now at least 2 days late, and it still hasn't arrived at its destination. I ordered the gift 3 weeks in advance (when you first made social media posts about your Mother's Day gifts), and there's no way that the product should've been processed so late. Due to your negligence and shady business practices I already had to scramble to order another gift from another vendor in order to get my mother a gift in time for Mother's Day.Offering a "25% refund" is totally unacceptable. I want a full refund as you failed to honor your sales contract by not fulfilling the order on the promised time. I paid for a product to be delivered (according to your shipping options) on the week BEFORE Mother's Day, not a few days later. As I mentioned earlier, the product wasn't even shipped until that Thursday so you clearly knew it wouldn't arrive on time. I never even once was I notified that my order would be late. I contacted customer service at least twice before I decided to file a complaint with Revdex.com. I see that you have a tendency to not respond directly to customers.Shady business.
