Hello,I have reviewed all emails received from you and the most recent email we received was on October In this email you requested to cancel if the item was not shippingAs per our FAQ's, it may take our wedding department 24-hours to reply as all emails are responded in the order receivedOnce your email was received, our wedding department checked the status with our florist and found that it was completed and had been packaged for shippingAn email was than sent to advising that we could cancel but there would be a 25% restocking fee or the item was available to ship that dayWe had asked how you would like to proceedSince we did not hear back from you, your order was shippedIf you prefer to return the item, you may do so at your discretionIf you decided to return the item your refund would be completed back to the original form of payment minus the 25% restocking feePlease let us know if there is anything else that we may help you with.Thank you

I have reviewed the orders in questionI do apologize but it seems that some of the information you have provided is incorrectIn regards to your first order # [redacted] , I do show that half of the order was shippedWe received a call and we advised of the delay with the "Beard" sign but offered to send out the "Bicep" signWe never received a call or email back in regards to this so we continued awaiting the availability of the "Beard" signWe than received a call on November 9th regarding status and requested cancellation of both order # [redacted] and # [redacted] Based off the orders, they were both cancelled at that time and refunds were processed immediately and email confirmations were sent to the corresponding emailsAs order # [redacted] , was also paid using a gift card, than the refund would go back to a gift cardWhich is why you received the gift card back immediately.Once a refund has been processed and emails sent it will take between 3-business days for an Electronic Fund Transfer to post to the accountI do see that you have contacted our customer service today as well and verified that the refunds have posted back to your accountPlease let us know if there is anything else that we may help you with.Thank you
