I ordered some products from this company any haven't not received them. Order #XXXXX ordered on 15 Jan. I put these products and immediately after purchasing, I received an email stating my products was on the way. This was 15th of Jan. I am very disappointed and want my money back or send me the products
If I can't receive products within 1 week of this email. I want a refund!

I like the products but I haven't received my order. My friend and I odered the same time day Feb 12 and she has received hers. My order number is 7300
This is my second order. I thought this time would be better. The first time it took a month. I ordered on Feb 12th the same day my friend ordered. She received hers 10 days later. I have emailed them 4 times and messaged them with no response.
I would love to have the products. I don't think I'll order from them again

Order was placed for a starter set totaled at $70.37. The item has not been received and the tracking does not show any movement in the tracking process. Reached out via email to ***@gmail.com and received a response from Kelsey that the email is unavailable and to reach out to ***@canvasbeautybrand.com. That email provided an automated response essentially to wait. As of 1/22/2020 almost a month later I still don't have the product.
Resolution is full refund in the amount of $70.37

I made a purchase of hair products from Canvas Beauty Brand on December 1, 2019. I also received confirmation emails stating my order was on the way. I even received tracking information but my order has not been sent to the USPS for delivery. The USPS only has a pre-shipment label waiting for the package as of December 4,2019..
I have emailed the company trying to get information on when my order will ship only to receive automatic email replies addressing several issues for all customersnothing specific for me.
I ordered in good faith believing I would receive my items. If they could not honor the customers orders for whatever reasons they should not have taken our funds. Simply say you do not have the products in stock and ask if we want to be on a waiting list.
I would like to receive all of my items before the end of January or receive a total refund.
Thanks for your attempts concerning this matter. I just received the package from Canvas Beauty Brand. There was no notice of the shipment coming--it just arrived without any explanation of what happened. There was only a generic apology notice in the box. Thanks again.
I have not receive a tracking number for my purchase and its been over 10 days.
I ordered the hair blossom serum and the shampoo and conditioner bundle from Canvas Beauty. The total was $63.37. My order (XXXXX) was placed on 1/8/2020. On 1/9/2020, I received an email stating that my package was on its way, but did not receive a tracking number. On 1/20/2020, I sent an emailed to [email protected] to inquired about my tracking number. However, in return I received a generic email that was not pertaining to my tracking number. The website stated that orders are processed within 7 -10 business days. Its been over 10 days now and I have not received a tracking number.
I would like to know when I can expect my package WITH tracking number and a product of their choosing for my inconvenience.

Another two weeks have passed and still no change. I reached out to the company on all of their social media platforms. They're no longer answering me. I've kept all of my emails.

I placed an order back in late December and have not received my purchase but the money has been deducted from my bank account.
My order was placed in December, the order number is #XXXXX. After reaching out by email, I received a tracking number stating that my order has been shipped as of 01/03/2020, but when I click the number for tracking it states that a label was generated January 4, 2020 from Huntsville, AL XXXXX. I reached out to the company by email on 1/11/2020 and received a message from Kelsey who is ahead of customer service stating that the email was unavailable. I'm sure it was automated, they listed a new email as contact. I emailed the new address requesting a refund or my product, but at this point, I prefer a refund. I received another email that did not address the problem, but simply stated that they had an abundance of orders, however they did not say that my order was on the way as the the email with the tracking number had stated or I would receive my refund. There has been no response to my inquiry other than the automated email.

I am requesting a refund because I have not received the product and I have allowed more than enough time. If I do not receive a resolution, I will contact my back and dispute the charge.

I placed my order on 12/8/19 and they literally took my money.
One 1/10/2020, I placed an order with the company. Order XXXXX totaling 52.87. To date, I have tried reaching the company regarding my order. The order shows as being unfilled. Company has not responded to my inquires, regarding when the order would be available, however they have withdrawn the funds from my account. I have emailed them and left message on all social media platforms. Finally today after emailing that I was contacting the Revdex.com I received a generic email that expected delivery dates were sent in another email however its been 2 weeks and I have not received any such information.

Poor customer service and still no order received.
Order the oil serum 1/08/2020 .. received a tracking number but it has never shipped. I'm highly upset I have sent emails after emails no response. My order number is XXXXX. The owner needs to get her company and employees in line. I will never order from her brand again.

First, I got broad emails back that didn't resolve any issue or help rectify the situation. I sent the last email to the company in detail with photo attachments of the USPS tracking information and how the package appears as if it never left Alabama and now when I go to check the tracking number, it states it's no longer available on the website. I still have no product or no refund.
I would prefer the product I purchase, but if this is something they cant produce in a timely manner, I would like my money back.
Received tracking information again on the 22nd with a scheduled delivery date of approx. 01/25. I'm excited to say that the tracking number actually moved this time and I received my product today, 01/24. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I ordered full bloom shampoo and conditioner bundle and hair growth serum on December 8, 2019 Order #XXXXX in the amount of $58.37. I received a shipping email on December 18,2019 tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX that states my product shipped on December 16, 2019. I never received product so when I click on the tracking number its blank with no information. So I emailed the company on January 5 asking about my order. I only received the automatic reply from the company. I then emailed them again January 15 and still no reply on my order. I paid with a credit/debit card.
I would like either the product or my money back.

After the holidays the product never came so I emailed everyone of the email addresses only one actually worked. I called the phone numbers don't work. I have received one response stating it was busy during the holidays and they will be getting the orders out. I waited another week and checked the status of the tracking info and same thing it has never left the building. As of 1/21/2020 I still have not received my product. BEWARE!! This company is a gimmick and ripping people off. I placed my order on January 5, 2020 and as of today I have not received my order. However, the company charged my card immediately and the next day they confirmed my order and sent me a fake tacking number. I am disappointed because this is my first experience with this company and I'm already not happy with their customer service. I have sent several emails inquiring about my order and they have totally ignored them. I understand you starting a new business and become overwhelmed with orders, but at least respond to customers inquiries so that the customer can establish trust in your company as well as your product. I placed an order (XXXXX) with this company on 1/3/2020. The funds were deducted from my account on 1/6/2020. On 1/10/2020 I received a tracking number stating that the shipment label had been created but the package had not yet been received by the USPS. As of today 1/17/2020 the status of the tracking number remains the same. I have emailed the company on several occasions and have received no response. The phone number goes to VM and the VM box is full. I understand that this is a new start up company and that delays may occur. however. lack of communication is poor customer service and I will not tolerate this.
At this point I have disputed the charge with my bank and want a full refund. I do not want to do business with a company that does not respond or deliver the items that I have paid for.

I placed my order on December 26, 2019 today is January 16, 2020 and I have yet to get my order. I emailed and they said it was on its it's way, that was Monday of last week, now a week and 3 days later still nothing. In that first email they said do to the overwhelming orders their backed up. However, they sent out an order tracking info as if it was on it's way, but when I put the tracking number in it says it on it's way to USPS. That was two weeks ago. You can't call them so your at their mercy. I'm done with this company.
