I placed an order on March 31, 2020. I was sent a tracking number to follow package. After two weeks I contact Canavas Beauty and sent them my first tracking number. The customer service rep said they had trouble placing the address. So I told the that it was Northlawn ST. So she said they would ship it out. That was two weeks after the 31. So I have a second tracking number and every time I check its say waiting on package to ship. I have reached out several times by email and Facebook. No response. At this time I do not want the product but my money return. I care not to do business with a company like this anymore. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
First email was sent on April 1, 202 saying it was on it way.
Sent an email on April 7 asking for the status of my package .
Received an email saying it was be shipped out on April 8, 2020. Tacking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Still to this day the post office is waiting on the package.

I have email the company several time, reached out on social media, an they have never once replied to me. Until I contacted the Revdex.com. This is unacceptable and another month of waiting for product is for surely not acceptable. There is no mentioned of any product delay on their social media page. It customers who ordered the same package as I have who have received their product. I don't want their product. I want a refund.
I ordered the queens starter kit that I have not received I was told by usps that the wrong zip code was printed on the label.

I reached out to usps and was advised that my product was going to be sent back to canvas because the zip code on the label wasn't printed correctly. I contacted canvas customer service on may 12, 2020 and spoke with maci who advises I will have to pay s reship fee of $2.00. I advised if I can get a refund instead since the package never reached my care and never been opened and she told me I couldn't get a refund because the item has already been processed. so instead of me being out of $71.97 I decided to go ahead and pay for the reship fee. when I went to pay the reship fee their was another shipping fee of $5.99. I've been trying to call customer service but the line keeps hanging up. I feel like I'm being held accountable for something that wasn't in my control and I have to pay for it. to be a new customer I'm not a happy customer. To be a company that doesn't provide refunds for certain situations that is out of the consumers hands is the worse rule to have. Now seem like I have to pay $78 dollars for 3 items I could of went to the store to buy for less instead of trying to support a growing company.
i believe that the reshipment cost should be waived or i should be able to get a refund for $71.97

I have emailed and tried calling and tried messaging on Facebook messenger and still haven't received anything back. It's been almost a month and nothing.. I do not want to do business with them I just demand my money back. Asap

I just feel that I should have been aware of the back order. And since I tried to reach out and it's almost been a month I would just prefer to get my money back
Unprofessional with communication and problem resolution.
I placed my order for their hair products totalling $81.11 after applying discount on April18, 2020. On April 20, 2020 I was sent an email notifying me that my order has been shipped. There was no tracking number or shipping information attached to the email. I waited to see if my order would have been delivered but with no avail. I contacted the company via email and was responded by a general computer generated response with an additional email address for inquiries or information. I followed suit and contacted them via (***@canvasbeautybrand.com) to date I have not gotten a response nor my shipment. They didn't hesitate to take the money out of my account therefore they shouldn't hesitate to have my products shipped to me on a timely basis or at the least communicate with me if there were any issues that arouse. I want back my money with immediate effect or the products that I've ordered. You guys are very unprofessional and unethical and should not be conducting a business to satisfy the public.

Wish there was a negative star option. I had to request my credit union file a dispute to get my money back $146.00 after the 10% discount code and this was my first order and LAST ORDER!!!

Refunded this morning and still no apology from this company. I swear I could have been emailed a list of ingredients and mixing instructions and produced a batch of serum, follicle booster, shampoo and conditioner faster than this company communicates or ships. To date I have yet received any additional information for my original order#XXXXXX placed on April 19. I have sent 2 emails and messaged twice on Facebook; still to date with no information. You cannot reach an actual person. Due to COVID, I fully understand delays. However, the lack of communication is unacceptable. I know that the order was received since it's been assigned an order number and I received a confirmation email.
When you call their number, the message advises you to chat with a representative online to bouq.com. Unfortunately, they do not provide the spelling; so this is obviously not the correct web address and there is no option on their canvasbeautybrand.com
I would appreciate my order being fulfilled promptly and an actual response from the company.
I would greatly appreciate being able to receive the product and a communication from the company for when I can expect to receive my product. If this is not possible, I want a full refund.

While I may never patron this company again, they DID in fact finally ship my order, and it has arrived in New Jersey.

On 4/23 I placed an order of the amount of 163.95, which was paid by card. that same night I reached out because I entered some wrong information. It took them an entire week to contact me by then I've already called and got it fixed. I'm response to that email I asked the status of my order and still have yet to get a reply. I'm very understanding of long shipping process. But The communication with them isn't the best. And it makes it to be bad business I was Nervous to try them out in the first place Cause I found them on Instagram and Instagram is full of scammers. Right now I'm feeling as my money got stolen and I shopped with scammers. With the way they are doing they shouldn't take payment until they ship the product that would be more secure for us customers

I asked for a refund that's what I would have preferred. A month in you tell me you're out of the product when it could have been communicated when you all found that out. I used the product and it dried my hair out. I had nothing positive out of my experience. I reached out through the Revdex.com because you all do not respond within a reasonable time and also for a refund but you all continued to ship the product after the fact. There was plenty of time for especially being that it was actually shipped a week later after receiving tracking code
My order from 4-20-2020 has not been shipped and I have asked that the order be cancelled. I have sent several messages and calls with no response.
I spoke to someone on the 20th of April when I initially placed the order and was advised that the order would be shipped in 7-10 business days and a tracking number would be provided. I have emailed several times since then because they have charged my card but yet my product has not been shipped nor received. It has been 21 days since my order and 15 business days. I have called their customer service several times and have sent multiple emails with no response other than an automated message that advised that my email would be reviewed by the support staff. As previously explained, this merchant refuses to have any type of direct communication. They also advised upon ordering that a tracking number would be provided when the order shipped. We are now 3 days beyond their response and still no tracking number. They also refuse to respond to any communication from me.
I want my money REFUNDED immediately. They did NOT uphold their end of the agreement of shipping within 7-10 business days of the order, which still hasn't happened. This was stated on the website and also verbally from a representative that answered the day that I placed the order. It is not good enough to blame their lack of communication or anything else on COVID-19. They are located within the continental U.S. and have access to phones, email, and every shipper has access to shipping companies tracking numbers as soon as an order is set for shipping.

This product has something in it that put chemical burns in my scalp. For the last month I have used the entire line from shampoo to serum and I have had sorry popping up in my scalp and severe itching and burning. The product seems like it's some *** thrown together and bottled up. It took forever for me to receive it...an entire month. The USPS confirmation I received most recently says that the package is still pending acceptance by the company (USPS) I am requesting to keep this case open until 5/15/20 to ensure that I actually receive the ordered product in full.

I made my first two orders from Canvas Beauty Brand on April 23 2020. My order numbers are: XXXXXX and XXXXXX. I shop online aloy. Usually shop with amazon or Walmart .com, so I'm use to always getting an update about what I've paid for and also actually receiving the product. I contacted them on April 25 2020 with the intent of having my orders canceled after I was encouraged to use what I found worked for me at home. I got no response, not even still today which is April 30 2020. I later decided that MAYBE it wouldn't hurt to try it so I sent no further emails regarding the cancellation of my orders. Still, I have recieved no shipping or tracking details regarding my orders. There's nothing showing in my email and I check every day! I like to get what I paid for! Over 100$ worth of hair products. They post on Instagram regularly, so yesterday on April 29 2020 I saw a great opportunity to ask for help under one of their most recent posts of a lady wearing a gray cap/mask that they were advertising for sale. So I hopped in the comments and explained my ordeal. I was COMPLETELY IGNORED. They responded to a few of the ladies that inquired about the hat/mask thing but no one reached out to me about my orders! I feel sick to my stomach. If they can't handle the overflux of people purchasing from them, or if they're out of stock, whatever the case may be. It is the OWNERS job to make sure that ALL of her customers feel safe and assured that they will receive their orders and more IMPORTANTLY to let EVERYONE KNOW WHY the orders are even taking so long to get to their customers. I definitely have reciepts/screenshots that I'd like to share. I don't play about my money.

However when I tried tracking It remains in Label Made status.So I waited and sent another email asking an approximate ETA. I received confirmations that the complaints were received. But no longer received a reply to any email as of 05/01/20. I am very upset and made it clear that I would let my whole family and all of my friends know of the atrocious disrespectful behavior of the "customer service" at Canvas. Since essentially it doesn't exist. No one bothers to reply and alleviate the anxiety one might have for handing over a large sum of money for a product you still don't know it will work as advertised. This means they can run this SCAM and you have no way of returning it because I'm Certain they won't give refunds if the product sucks.
I want what I paid for and I want a guarantee that if it doesn't perform as advertised I have the option to return it and get compensated fairly.
I would like to let all involved know that I received the order today 05/06/2020. They were packaged well and in very good condition. This is the result I intended. I just wanted receipt of what I paid for weeks ago.
With this noted the company must do better with taking payment for something they don't intend to mail out for 2 weeks or longer. It's unreasonable to expect a consumer to be comfortable paying for a product and not hearing from anyone for days then weeks. I thought I'd been scammed since the payment was taken within minutes of the order.
I placed my order on April 19th 2020 .And I still haven't received tracking info
It said 7 to 10 business days I will receive my tracking information haven't received anything yet still waiting .if I don't receive my order I would like a full refund as soon as possible.keep trying to contact them through email but isn't getting any response .here's my tracking info ORDER #XXXXXX
I would like the products that I pay for it to be delivered to me but if this cannot happen I would like my money to be refunded back to me
The customer's CBB Order, #XXXXXX, placed on April 19, 2020, was delivered on May 16, 2020. Please note that this shipment was delayed due to backordered follicle booster and/or argan oil products. We sincerely apologize for the delay due to this product selling out much faster than replenishment capability at this time.
