Placed an order in December 2019 never received it, it has been in pre-shipment status for over 2 weeks.

If I could give 0 star I would. I purchased 3 items in early December. I received an Email that said my item was shipped on December 30 to Detroit, MI. Here we are on January 16 and I have not received it. I have sent several Emails inquiring about my package and I received generic responses stating that my items will ship soon. There is no phone number to speak to a person. They took my money- their products are not cheap. Everyday they send emails asking you to purchase their products when you have not received the ones you already paid for.
I wish I had seen these reviews which are different from the ones on Facebook. I am warning people to steer clear of Canvas Beauty Brand. They take your money and run.

No responsive, still haven't received product and they have the audacity to continue to email me trying to get me to buy more of the product.
Have disputed charge. Won't EVER do business with them again.

I was scammed by this company they took my money and did not mail my items.
I ordered from this company December 19th and have sent several emails but have not received my items. IK have sent several emails and no response it seems they have done this before to other customers.

Shipping taking longer than givin time window
I originally placed my first order with this company on 12/15/19 before their pink week sale. I wrote them multiple times in regards to when my order will be shipped out. They responded once or twice then only automated messages.Even if I'm writing in the same thread I was speaking with a rep they now just send a automated message about how hard they are working. I wrote a again once it reached 20 business days my item finally came on 1/11/20 I had another order placed on 12/27/19 I was told in a email my items would be shipped out by Monday its now been 14 business days. Received my tracking number on 1/9/20. No one is returning my emails I don't believe there is a customer service # . All I do know is this is by far my worst online shopping experience..If they would even communicate with me not sending automated messages then things would be different.. They need yo work on providing accurate information to their customers as we are the ones who make having a business possible.. 0 rating in my book for customer service.

They don't keep their word on delivery dates & they also stopped responding to my emails.
I placed my order with this company in December'19. Via receipt, I was told to expect delivery of the growth serum in 7-10 days. After 10 days, I sent an email to find out if my purchase had been sent. I did receive an email back with a tracking number so that I could track progress/dates/which city my package was in. I clicked on the tracking number they sent me day after day after day, only to receive the same message which said my package had a pre-shipment date of January 2nd and the USPS office in Alabama.I have emailed the company 3 more times saying the tracking number hasn't updated & I just want to know where my package is & when should I expect it. No answer back from them regarding my purchase.Would you believe they have the audacity to send emails about what's on sale this month & near the end of those emails they tell you how much their company is growing & allow extra time to get your purchases. This has never happened to me before. I wanted to patronize a young entrepreneur's company & now I feel it was a huge mistake. I still wish them the best but I don't do business this way. I hope you all can help me in my quest to either get what I ordered or get my money bscl.

Ordered products but never received them. I placed an order on December 27th. I received a preshipment email on January 9th.
After numerous attempts contacting the company regarding an order placed one day shy of three weeks. I received one email the first week of January stating that they did not anticipate such a large volume between the December 23rd to January 2nd and will be shipping order the following Monday, January 9th. I received an email on January 9th stating my order has been shipped. On January 9th I received the tracking below:

I just received my products from the merchant today. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased two different orders from the company via company website. I have not received my items.
I purchased from this company named Canvas Beauty Brand in Huntsville, Al via company website. I made two separate orders: one on December 22, 2019 and on December 28, 2019. I have yet to receive an item. Whenever an email is sent, the only response received is a generic response. I've also attempted to call a phone number listed with no response and unable to leave a voicemail. I received a tracking number on both items but when tracked all it says is: label created awaiting items. The owner has a company Facebook page as well and whenever I post concerning the whereabouts of my items. I never receive a response.

I placed my order with canvas Beauty on 01/03/020 with no product.
I placed my order with canvas Beauty on 01/03/2020. The funds was immediately taken out my checking account. I was sent a tracking number on 01/07/2020 that a shipping label was created but the product has not made it to USPS. It has not shipped if this company is not going to provide the product I want my money back this is fraudulent and not good customer service to take people's hard earned money and don't send the product. I have sent several emails regarding my order with no response at all.

Purchased hair products in November and still waiting to receive them.
Like most of the complaints, I purchased items from Canvas back in November and have yet to get my products or refund. They recently sent out and e-mail apologizing for the delay and said we should get the products by last week Friday, which nothing came. As instructed, I responded to their e-mail letting them know I had not received my package and what did I get? Another auto generated e-mail. Not even an e-mail directly apologizing for yet another delay. I don't care how good the product is, it's not worth being ignored.

I received the order on Last Thursday evening, which I had already received a credit from my credit card company a few days prior.

I ordered the hair serum for $39.99 from this company on Dec 10, 2019 and I have not received. I have sent 10 emails with no response. still no serum
I ordered the hair serum on Dec10, 2019 order # XXXXX and I received a email stating that on Dec 16th at 4:20pm product was in Huntsville, AL USPS label created and waiting for item. I got a tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I have checked status several times a week and no movement. I have sent at least 10 emails and made facebook posts on their page requesting the status or refund and no response. I called the USPS and they don't even have the product and told me to contact the sender. How can I do that when all they have is email and nobody responds. I was so excited to use the product and now I will never buy from them again. I have been waiting 1 month and they guaranteed 5-7 days priority shipping

I think it's unfair to be promised expedited shipping and get the product 45 days later. I emailed more than a dozen times and responded on Facebook page with no responses. This unacceptable for any business. I want a full refund of my shipping as I stated before. I'm not closing this dispute until I get my shipping refunded. Taking care of customers results in lower complaints.

I never received the products that have been paid for.
I placed an order on December 26th with funds being withdrawn from my account shortly after. I have yet to receive the products I ordered.

When I reached out to the company, I received an email from Kelsey in customer service stating the email was currently unavailable and was redirected to a different address. Upon emailing the new address 12 days ago, I received a form reply basically assuring me I would see movement the following Monday. That movement was an e-mail informing me that a shipping label had been created however the shipping facility was awaiting arrival of the package.
I tracked my order for several weeks and it never changed. I then sent another email 5 days ago and received the same form reply I'd received previously.

I always try to support businesses within my ethnic community, however this experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth.

I would either like an immediate refund or to promptly receive the products I ordered.

I placed and order 12/21 on 12/28 I received email that I could track the item. As of today 1/13 the item still have not been shipped. I have reached out to the company 3 times and no response or updates. I wanted to try the product but the service and the fact that I never received the product.

On December 3, 2019, I ordered the following items: Limited Edition 2019 (Silk Me Please Argan Oil) $29.99 and (New) A Queen's Starter Set $62.98.
Order # XXXXX. On or about December 9, 2019, I received an email which included a Tracking Number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). On December 15, USPS tracking information was as follows: Pre-Shipment, December 8, 2019, 6:46 A.M., Shipping label created, USPS Awaiting Item, Huntsville, AL XXXXX. Today, January 10, 2020, I checked again to see where my order was and I get the same response as noted above when I checked on December 15. I sent emails to the company on December 21, 2019 and on January 9, 2020. Canvas Beauty's advertising states "All hair care products take 7 to 10 days to process. Day 1 starts the day after order is received." I continue to receive emails soliciting orders for items I ordered on December 3, 2019. I received an email today, January 10, 2020, stating "Last few hours to save 15%." I'm not understanding why the Company continues to advertise these products, take consumers money, but products aren't delivered to, or received by consumer.

No orders, including those purportedly placed in January 2020, are showing in our system.

Failure to deliver order!
I have tried countless times to contact this company regarding my and desire for a refund. I placed my on November 28th and I have yet to receive it. I have sent emails and tried to call and it has been a dead end. The emails are the worst because its a continuous loop of redirecting to use another email. It is the same with trying to contact them on facebook. I strongly believe this is a scam of some sort and I am highly pissed! I want my money back!!!

They take your money no.product. Then they send emails with words like beautiful, hun and babe which is so unprofessional, in Hope's of avoiding questions about shipping of products. My bank is reversing charges. They continue with these sales and can't deliver on orders taken over a month ago

I placed an order with this company 10/25/2019. I have yet to receive my order and refund I was promised over the past few months.
I placed order #XXXXX on October 25, 2019 and that order total came to: $37.75. That same day I received a tracking number via email and the email indicated the order was being shipped that week. I never received said item so I followed up with an email to the company on: November 5, 2019. I didn't receive a response until November 11, 2019 which stated" Hi love, Normally, the ship turn around time is a lot faster than this. We have gotten a bit behind due to moving so there will be a slight delay in your order. However, we will ship it out this week. I apologize for the inconvenience. Kelsey. I still never received any product, I then emailed again on December 3, 2019 once again looking for my order I received a response on December 4, 2019. The response was: Hi Beautiful. We recently found out there were some orders stuck in the queue when we changed fulfillment centers. We are working to have those orders shipped as soon as possible. In the meantime, I have refunded you the price of your order for the inconvenience. You can expect to receive your serum within the next week. ***
CANVAS BEAUTY BRAND. I still have yet to receive any promised product or refund! I have once again reached out to this company as of January 6, 2020, at this point I'm starting to believe their not a reputable company nor will I ever receive a product or refund they have yet to respond to my 1/6/20 email.

I contacted the company again this monday, and got another customer service person. This time she assured me I would get the refund within 3 - 5 business days, and shed still send the product with additional gifts. I am pleased to report that I received the product I ordered along with some great gifts today! I am very pleased, thank you for assisting me with the process!
