The worst Customer Service.. Order 3 products on Jan 4, ... It's now Jan 21,
I received a text with a tracking number on Jan 10, haven't received my order.. As of today Jan 21, . But just received a text that USPS now have package.. Did it really take 11 day for a package get to the Post Office.. If the item was not available or on back order.. Just a Courtesy email or Text would have been nice..Now I've received another email saying Delivery will be on Thurs. Jan 23,.
Let's see what happens...

*Now my 2nd order was placed on Jan 7,
three days after the 1st order.. I received my product on Jan 13.. But, very disappointed again because when I purchased it I put In the Coupon Code.. Just like the 1st order..Discount was 30% off.. Showed my total came to $30. But, after I paid the total did Not have the 30% of about $10. So I immediately emailed the company.. Responded with a auto-responder email to email another email address..
Sent another email to a different email explaining what happened.. The response I got on Jan 14, was "Unfortunately once the order is placed there is No Way for us to Edit for discount. We do Apologize for the Inconvenience this may have caused you.".. Followed by how to put the discount code in..
I emailed back stating I was aware of where the Code is to be placed. Because I had used it 3 days earlier..
So, since that last email I sent on Jan 17,
No one has responded to me..
So sad when we spend our money trying to Support AAOB..
They should invest some of the money on Shipping Solutions & Customer Service.. There's so much Information online to improve the Business..
I had 8 people who wanted to order products after I received mine.. changed their mind..

My order is incorrect.. I ordered and paid for the $25.00 Deep Conditioner.. But received in my box the $13.99 Amplifying Conditioner.. After having to wait 3 weeks to receive my order.. I need you to refund me the difference as Quickly as Possible..

Now, as of today Feb 3,
I have had no response from Canvas.
But they continue emailing me advertising there sales.. so I can purchase additional products again at discount prices..
I will never purchase anything from Canvas Beauty Brand again..
Waiting for my Refund..

I ordered hair care products on December 30, 2019 with Canvas Beauty Brand, LLC and have not received my items.
A total of $82.38 was debited from my account on 12/30/2019 for hair products and a hair manual. The website stated that my manual would be sent within 24 hours via email and my product would ship within 7 days. The downloadable manual was emailed on January 9th. I have contacted the company on three occasions, with the last inquiry on January 20, 2020. A general email stating that the products are in high demand and would be shipped soon. An email was sent on January 10, 2020 with shipping confirmation and when I click on the link each week to check the status of my order, I always receive a message that the package is waiting to arrive to shipping facility. The tracking number given was XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I have informed the company to either send me my product, a refund, or I will contact the Revdex.com. I want my product please.

I want the products that I ordered. If not, please refund me the amount paid.

The products are great and the shipping is fine. Please don't let this rating deter you from the products as they are truly great! I received both orders in a timely fashion. However, I did order after the holiday season.

Do not buy from this company. I placed my order #54771 December 31, 2019 and I still haven't received my Items. Plus all they do is send a generic email saying the same thing.

I bought a growth serum from this company from Jan.15th, it's now Jan. 30th.They have not sent me a tracking number to let me know if the product is on the way or not. I have not received my product. They have not responded to my emails or text messages. I keep getting a generic generated email from their server stating that the product is on the way. I would like to get an answer from them about my product, or refund my money. Thank you

Company made false company shipping policy and would not response
I've contacted support and they explained that they ship orders within 10 days from the day order was placed. It is now 23 days, and my order has never been shipped. I have receive no further respond from company. I've also requested refund, and they still have not respond.

All I asked for was my product. I ordered at the beginning of January, the very next day the amount was deducted from my credit card however, 16 days later, it still states that the order is pending. The only response ever received was the general response that is listed on your website. There's not a phone number to contact and you are not able to message anyone on Facebook where they have a site.

I placed an order December 2019, it's now January 30, 2020 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed this company multiple times, messaged them on social media, commented on face book post, even called the number they had listed and left voicemails and NO response. But the moment I asked for a tracking number they responded asap BUT turns out the tracking number didn't even work. To this date I still have not received my order nor heard back from the seller. SCAM, FRAUD, AND A HORRIBLE BUSINESS. You try to be nice and try to support a fellow black business and lo and behold are utterly disappointed. Her business and facebook page should be reported. LUCKILY I was able to get my money back through my bank, other than that I would have been out $90 that I worked hard for and could have gone towards something else.

I placed an order #XXXXX with this company on the 13th January 2020...Got an email on the the 14th which simply said Order on it's way..
On the 21st I sent an email requesting the tracking number. I got a generic response.
I emailed again on the 27th and the 29th again same generic response. There is no one human actually answering queries. Sadly this company has left me no choice but to go down this route. If no products are coming my way please give me my money back and customer lost...

The client's order, CBB Order #XXXXX, placed on January 13, 2020 has not been delivered because the mailing address, as entered by the customer, was entered in a manner inconsistent with international shipping policy. The error has been identified and customer notified via email in order to effect shipment.

Product Paid for but Product NOT Received to Date
My order (XXXXX) has not been delivered and company refuses respond regarding any status requests which I have placed 5 to date. I placed an order January 1, 2020 with this company. The funds were deducted from my account on 1/6/2020. On 1/10/2020 I received a tracking number stating the shipment label had been created but the package had not yet been received by the USPS and continues to say, Huntsville, Alabama. As of today 1/27/2020 the status of the tracking number remains the same; no change since placing the order almost 30 days. The telephone number goes to Voice Mail and the box is full. The absolute lack of professionalism and response, is more than aggravating, especially since they were quick to take my $71!! Totally unacceptable!!

Desired Outcome

Due to the items not being delivered, as advertised, I will be disputing the charges with my bank and would like to have a full refund if the items cannot be delivered as outlined throughout!!

This company did in fact send me the items paid for as soon as I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com. I believe the company is fairly new and would not recommend if you're looking for a quick turn around or information relating to your order as you will not get a response. I am satisfied I didn't have to go through my bank and do anything further.

There's a payment and confirmations issue with the website.
I went on their website bought the serum and the conditioner/shampoo set for $71. When I went to pay it rejected my payment (so it said) and wouldn't go thru (online). About an hour later, it takes the money out my bank account but says it never went through on the website. Items still in cart asking me to pay again. I tried to contact them using their email and they said that's no in service use this other email. I sent an email to every address including their Instagram page. Never responded back to me. They say they reply after 24 hours, it's been a week. They say they'll email the confirmation never got it. I just want answers about the product and my missing money.

I do not accept the response as it is generic. This response does not provide any type of explanation. I did receive order 24 days after placing order. Company never acknowledged any status updates when requested. This behavior could lead an individual to believed it was a scam. Shipping should have taken no more than 3 to 4 days and a week at the most.

Payed for product that I haven't received and they won't respond to my email
I placed two orders on 12/30/2019 for 86.96 order number XXXXX then again on 1/2/2020 for 102.49 order number XXXXX. I received emails for both orders confirming shipping and tracking numbers.

Items I order from Canvas was never delivered nor did they respond to my six email asking for my items or a refund.
On 1/5/2020 I placed an online order to Canvas for to product totaling $52.97. On 5/10/2020 I received an email stating my product was on its way. Additional, they stated that I would receive a tracking number (USPS # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) to monitor its progress. On the USPS site it indicated that a label was made on 5/10/2020 but had not received the product. I emailed Canvas on six different occasions using three different email addresses ***@gmail.com, ***@canvasbeautybrand.com, ***@canvasbesutybtand.com; requesting my product or my refund. However; at this point I prefer a refund.
The following was my complete order.

This is an update to my complaint. I have received my items from Canvas Beauty Brand products. Even though, I requested a refund, I reluctantly consider this matter close.

Your help with getting this matter resolve is greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Over 2 months and I haven't received the product. Why is this company still in business? Why are they able to continue to rip off customers. I'm still receiving promotional emails so I'm sure people continue to get scammed. Disputing the charges with my bank!

Requested for a refund 5 days prior to shipping!!!
If I can give them less than 1 star I will.
They don't ship in a timely manner and don't like refunding back the buyer.

I placed my order on Dec 26. They stated it shipped on Jan 3. The tracking they sent shows no info. I've contacted them many times with no response.
On December 26th I placed an order for $55.99 using my Visa debit card. My order number is XXXXX. On December 28th I got an email stating my order had shipped but no tracking information was attached. On Jan 6 I sent an email asking for tracking information. I received a response with the tracking number stating the my order shipped on jan 3. The tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. If you click to track is shows that the post office is still waiting on the package and there is no movement. I contacted them again on the 15th, 17th and again on the 22nd in which they sent a generic email response. I file a dispute with my bank for the charge in hopes to get my money back.
