this business sales hair. the owner, *** sold me a bundle deal for over $250.00. when I received the hair the box was thrown together and the hair was wet with a molded smell. after washing the hair I had it installed. after a week the hair started to shed and matted up really bad. I contacted the owner via snap chat because that is how we had previously communicated the owner about anything that we could do to resolve this issue. I sent her pictures of the hair. and she got smart and was snapping off at me. I offered to send her the bad hair back and she told me to stop writing her. needless to say I spent almost $450 for the hair and the install that only lasted a week due to the bad batch of hair I was sold.
