I have not received my order placed on November 30th, and the company has not responded to any of the 5 emails I've sent to them.
Original order# XXXXX was placed online on 11/30/19, and I received the confirmation of purchase email shortly after the transaction for $136.78. On 12/7/19, I received an email apologizing about the delay of my order and to make up for it, the included a 25% code towards my next order. On 12/9/19, I received a shipping email on which contained the USPS Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. As of to date, the order has not been received. And when you research the tracking number, the information shows the label was created on 12/8/19 at 5:52 am in Huntsville, AL. The package is not in transit to my address location. A total of (5) emails have been sent requesting an updated status with no response received from the company. I have also requested a refund if the order is not going to be received.
I honestly just want to receive my order if there's still an option to. If not, then I would like a full refund.

I feel I've been scammed.
I placed an order on December 1, 2019 my funds was immediately drafted from my account. I paid an extra 19.99 to have expedited shipping in one to two business days. After about four business days I receive an email saying there was a delay in shipping so I immediately emailed and asked for a refund for the 19.99 expedited shipping one December 8 I received an email saying a label was created and on December 9 is said product was shipped I've emailed this company numerous amounts of times with no response back as to where my order is if the label was created I still haven't received my shipment I think these people need to either give me a full refund or give me an answer as to where my package is . I placed an order for the canvas beauty product on December 2nd 2019 it said that it takes 7 to 10 days to process and they won't start after the day that you placed an order my funds were immediately taken out of my account on December 16th the tracking number that I received still says that they're waiting for the product to be picked up from the business so I emailed the business it is now December 22nd and I still have not gotten a reply the phone number that they have on file for the company goes straight to voicemail and I have not been contacted back in my money was taken from my account and there's no way to get in touch with anyone at this business so I would like a refund

Ordered 20 days ago still no delivery. Emails are being ignored
Ordered on December 3rd for $97.98. Payment was Promptly Taken from my account. Received tracking number 8 days later on December 11th and according to USPS they have been awaiting the item since December 8th because only a shipping label was created. now 20 days later the package is still not delivered. Emails aren't being answered at all. At this point all I want is a refund and I'll never order from Canvas Beauty again.
Either the items need to be delivered as promised or I need a refund immediately. It has almost been a month. This is ridiculous.

Made an online purchase for product on Facebook. Received a confirmation # & USPS tracking # but still have not received items.
I submitted an online order 12/8/19 & charges were immediately billed to my credit card. I have a confirmation #XXXXX but had not received a tracking #. I then submitted an email on 12/18/19 requesting status of shipment. I received a USPS tracking# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX stating it was made on 12/16/19 to Huntsville, AL 8:15pm waiting on item for shipment. I have waited several days & checked to see if there were any updates. I then sent another email to the company's email address without any resolution of receiving or refunding payment to my credit card. Actually, I had sent communication to the wrong email address & was informed by Kelsey head of customer service to submit my questions, order status or orders to ***@canvasbeautybrand.com. I sent a corrected email to the email address given on 12/22/19, 12/23/19 & 12/24/19 without anyone contacting me. However, I have received emails from them 12/9/19 stating it was on its way, 12/14/19 would I write a review, 12/18/19 resend to correct email address and 12/24/19 regarding 20% discount on items. I have never been in contact with anyone regarding the status or outcome of my purchase. That is when I decided to submit a complaint to the Revdex.com.
I am requesting a refund since I have not received any products or communication from the company regarding the status or delay of the merchandise.

First and foremost Canvas Beauty Brand does not know anything about complete customer satisfaction. The product was sent out February 1, 2020 and delivered February 3, 2020 after I had contacted the Revdex.com and had my credit card company reverse the charges directed by the Revdex.com January 23,2020. I didn't expect to get anything from Canvas Beauty Brand since it had been December 8, 2020 and they did not respond to the Revdex.com or myself. Two months is totally unacceptable and I would never do business with them again. Also. with that much of a delay they should not have sent the product and should have provided a return slip at no charge if they were going to send it. I do not want the product and will return to sender (Canvas Beauty Brand) if they are willing to pay for postage.
$119.40 was withdrawn from my account on December 2, 2019. A label was created on December 6,2019 but nothing was ever sent to postal service.
On November 29, 2019, I purchased a *** bundle for $119.40. On December 2, 2019, the funds were withdrawn from my account. On December 6,2019, I got a notification email saying that my order was on its way along with a tracking number. Two weeks after I placed the order, I called the post office to ask why am I not able to track my package. They informed me that the label was prepared but nothing was ever sent to them. I have called company many times for an update but was never able to get through, either a voicemail or mailbox full recording. I sent them an email requesting an update without a response. The email address on my order was ***@gmail.com. I got an automatic reply from someone claiming to be Kelsey, head of customer service, saying that if an email was sent to the above address, it is unavailable and she apologizes but resend to correct address of ***@canvasbeautybrand.com. I resent but still no response. When I was able to get through, I requested a refund both by email and phone, still no response. I ordered this product on 11/29 the expected date of delivery was 12/9-12/12/19. This was a Christmas gift and I am so angry that I am out of this money and one less gift at this time of year.

You have lied as to when my order was placed. It was not placed on December 1,2019. While the product eventually showed up on January 24, 2020. This order was confirmed by your company on November 19, 2019 to be exact, via email. The only reason I feel I finally got my product was because I made a complaint with the Revdex.com. Prior to this there were multiple contacts made via email and countless attempts tried via your business telephone number; which is difficult to find to say the least. It should not take 2 months to receive any product within the US to a US shipping address. I certainly should have been contacted by your company of something was going on. Instead I was made to feel as if I had been scammed. This is horrible customer service.
I made a purchase with this company December 1, they sent an email for a review but I still haven't received my or a reply to my emails on delivery.
I purchased the queens starter set at a cost of $62.99 and the blossom bundle at a cost of $99.99 on cyber Monday December 1 at a 50% discount and pays with my debit card order #XXXXX. On December 7th I received an email stating slight delivery delays on December 7th I was also asked to submit a review. On December 8th I replied I haven't received a tracking number or my product. On December 9th I was sent a reply with a tracking number. I've sent numerous emails concerning my purchase with no reply. I'd really like to receive what I ordered and some type of reply from Stormie ***. If this company is unable to fulfill the demands of customer orders they may need to rethink their business.

Just giving you notification that the item missing from Canvas Beauty Brand still has not been received nor have I gotten any type of reply from them. A week before I got my order I was sent an email stating it would be arriving and I would receive an exciting free gift for the lengthy wait. Well I didn't receive a free gift or my complete order so I guess that was the exciting gift.
Customer received a $65.19 (40%) discount on her order AND received everything ordered, delivered on January 8, 2020.
Ordered November 30th, and I have not received my products. The owner is not responding to emails and her voicemail is full. At this point refund me.
I placed my order on November 30th. Received a email on 12/7 stating there's a delay in shipping. I never received a tracking number. As of today, 12/27/19 I still have not received my purchase. It appears I'm not the only one she had scammed. If you go to Facebook you will see a host of complaints about people not receiving their orders. And if they did received it there were missing products. At this point I want my money back. As a woman I always try and support and lift up my sisters. This was a bad investment.
A refund. At this point I can no longer support her business. I don't know what her method is for whose going to get their products and whose is not. It seems like a scam to me.

I placed an order on Nov 30th. I received a preshipment email on Dec 2nd. A week later, the shipping status indicated my item was awaiting arrival to the postal service. I reached out to customer service and was told the email addresses changed. Another week went by and the shipping status remained the same. I again reached out to customer service to find the email address changed yet again. This time a person stated their company grew faster then expected but assured me my products would arrive. Another two weeks have passed and still no change. I reached out to the company on all of their social media platforms. They're no longer answering me. I've kept all of my emails. On 11/29/19 I ordered products totaling $119.00 I have not received my order or my requested refund.
Approximately one month ago I ordered and paid for products totaling $119.00. According to the company's policy, orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. One month later I still have not received my order. I have also requested a full refund because according to the company's policy refunds are issued if the product has not been shipped, I have not received a refund. This company ignored my emails and direct messages for weeks. They lack transparency and had only provided excuses that do not address my actual questions of when a refund will be issued or when will I receive my products. Quite frankly I no longer want the products because I don't trust the veracity of a company who fails to meet basic customer service standards. I would like a full refund, the money I paid to be returned to my bank account.

I submitted the order on 11/29 on 12/2 a shipping label was created. Since then I have spoken with someone via Facebook Messenger and was told that order would be shipped out soon. I have tried to get resolution for this order on 12/5, 12/16, and today. At this point I would like to have the $77.99 I spent on the product and shipping returned to me.

I received both a refund and the product. I will never purchase anything from this company. There are countless people on the company's FB page with the same issue. I believe I only received my item because of this claim.

I placed an order on 12-2-19 , order #XXXXX I purchased their "A queens starter kit" as well as a bottle of their hair "growth serum" I received an email stating my package was on its way on 12-3-19 and then a tracking number was sent that said "label created" on 129-19. As of today 12-30-19 I haven't received my order I've emailed them, I've contacted them via Facebook messenger as well as their Facebook messenger. I received a message that was sent to a lot of other people verbatim that I should see movement on my order soon. That was 2 weeks ago. They haven't responded to me directly. There's quite a few people complaining about not receiving orders. I get that it's a fairly new company that's grown fast, but they're still taking orders and haven't taken care of the ones that ordered a month ago.
I would love to receive the product or a refund.
I received my package over a month after I purchased. Although they promised a "free gift" for the inconvenience, that didn't happen. I'm hoping in the future that from purchase to delivery it becomes fast and sufficient. We shouldn't have to contact Revdex.com to get our orders.There's tons of complaints that need to be addressed. People made orders all the way in October with no product delivered. I'm happy I received my product but something needs to be done regarding their customer service. She has a following and we're willing to support black businesswoman but it makes it hard when you do little to rectify the inconvenience. A coupon with 30% off the same as the sell you have going on is insulting

I placed an order with this company with a 3-5 day delivery. I placed the order on 12/6/19. The money was taken out of my account but I have yet to receive my delivery ( 12/28/19). I have emailed the company 3x with no response. This appears to be a scam. This company need investigation.
This company is awful. The initiate sale after sale and never send out products. The claim to do so and then when they don't arrive and people reach out , they ignore them and or block them on social media. Do not purchase from them
Canvas Beauty is a legitimate company with very poor customer service. Their products are actually really really good. They smell great and leave your hair feeling moisturized but what good are great products sold by people who don't express that they care about you getting your order in a timely manner?
Some people think it is normal for a customer to wait for weeks because the company is just "blowing up" and that customer should be patient. Well the company wasn't patient about collecting funds so why should it expect it's customers to be patient about receiving what they paid for? Just as quickly as funds are withdrawn, products should be shipped out in the same manner or the company should STOP TAKING ORDERS. There's more money. It's never going to run out. You don't have to keep taking orders you cannot fulfill. This company would benefit from drastically improving their shipment processes and customer services. If it's too hot, stay out of the kitchen. They will no longer receive my patronage.
