I ORDERED THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE OF ALL THE FEEDBACK I READ ONLINE. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, I AM UNABLE TO LOCATE A PHONE NUMER. I REACHED OUT TO EMAILS , IT TOOK THEM WEEKS TO REPLY BACK. I EXPLAINED ABOUT NTO RECEIVING ORDERS, THEY STATED IT WAS SENT AND NEEDED TO CALL USPS WHICH I DID. I SENT THEM THE CLAIM ID FROM USPS AND ASKED FOR MORE UPDATES. THEY WOULD NOT REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. I SPENT ALMOST 80 DOL FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. THEY DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT TRYING TO DO ANYTHIGN TO SEND THE PRODUCT. I SENT THEM NUMEROUS EMAILS AND STILL NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I AM WARNING EVERYONE TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOLSK. THEY ARE A SCAM

I ordered from this website and have yet to receive my order.
I ordered the queen set on 12/26. After about a week I finally received a tracking number but everytime that I check on my order, it just says that a label has been created but nothing has shipped. I've emailed the company several times to check on the status and request a refund. I even reached out on FB. All I get is ignored or the exact same transcript saying that they had a large number of orders during their sale and I will see movement soon. The only "person" that has responded with something other than your order will arrive soon is a a lady telling me that I've sent my complaint to the wrong email address. This makes no sense and I just want my product or money back so I can discontinue any dealings with this company.

I would like my order shipped to me as promised.

Horrible business practices, inferior customer service; not to be trusted.

They took my money and never fulfilled my order. I sent numerous emails about my missing order and only got the standard and very generic reply that they were working to resolve all orders. I will now have to dispute these charges with my bank in order to get my money back.

I placed an order with this company on 11/29/19 order #XXXXX.
They refused to answer my emails and I still haven't received my order.
I received 1 response to state that it will arrive soon. The phone number isn't working, they delete your negative comment from their social media page and I see people who placed orders after mine, claiming they have received theirs.
It's obvious they don't care. They tracking info shows nothing except that a label was created on 12/6/19.

Desired Outcome

If my item cannot be delivered within a week, I'd like my refund.

They finally sent my product. I have received my items.

I never received my order which was purchased on 12/02/2019. Minimal communication from this company.
I ordered from this company on 12-1-19. I have yet to receive my package. I placed and order with them on 12-1-19. My order number is XXXXX. I received and email 12-2-19 saying my order was on the way, but didn't get a tracking number. On 12-7-19 I received an email asking me to write a review on my purchase. At this point I still have no order or tracking number. I sent an email asking where my order was, no reply. Honestly with all the ordering I was doing for the holiday's I forgot I order this until I get an advertisement email from them. I email them again on 12/27/19 asking about my lost order. I get an auto response back stating saying they received so many orders, there's a delay with shipping. I emailed them today 1/3/2020 because again I have gotten no further responses other than advertisements.....still no tracking number or eta of when my order would be shipped. At this point I just want my refund. This is not how you conduct business.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund and to be removed from there list. So I never have to see an email from them in my inbox.

I placed an order on November 30th and I still have not received my order.
I placed and order on November 30th ,2019 and I received a tracking number on December 8th, 2019 and the USPS was waiting for my package to get in there procession so they can issue me a delivery date but they never receive my package and I've been emailing The Canvas Company about my package and I have yet to receive my package and my order is #XXXXX

After paying for items , no package or refund despite several email request to them. It has been over two months now.
I ordered some items end of November 2019. They emailed me on Dec 13 about label and tracking link . I have checked everyday since and no package was mailed out. I sent several emails requesting a refund or some information on my delivery status and I just get generic mass mail back . They have no phone number listed on their website. This company is pretty much scamming people.

I stand by my original email that this company is fraud and the items they are selling is not worth the price tag. I requested for a refund , they have no customer service phone number listed on their website, after I filed a complaint ... they went ahead and shipped out items .., not refund my money as requested. Very shady company. I have attached the emails I sent to them on numerous occasions.

Products were shipped and delivered a month before I became aware of this complaint. Our prices and product descriptions are clearly communicated on our website, so customer knew what she was getting for the money spent. Further, the THOUSANDS of happy customers are sufficient proof that we are hardly a "fraud", in spite of this one customer's dissatisfaction. The customer can receive a refund upon return of the UNUSED products. Should she have any questions she is free to call our Customer Service Dept at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Never received my products but my money was taking the day of ordering which was November 29,2019.
My order was placed on November 29,2019, for $119.40 for the Becky bundle ORDER #XXXXX. After I sent an email on December 6,2019 that states I haven't received my order I received an email from (Kelsey head of customer service) with a tracking number of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which was phony because it never moved. Then I emailed again Daisy and Christi answered my emails and still no I have no products from them and that was the last time they answered my emails I have emailed on December 17, 18, 20, 21 and 23,2019 also January 4 and 6,2020 Still no response. Even after this email I email the new email that was sent in this blast and no one has contacted me back. I feel that this is very unprofessional and that they shouldn't be in business if they can't handle the load of business they they are getting. This was my first and last time ordering from this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like for them to send the product over night because it's been a month and almost 2 weeks since I made my order. If they can't handle this I would like a refund but in reality I should be getting both for all the non Communication and poor business skills.

Hello I did hear back from the company and I even got my package today (2 days later after I filed my complaint), but I'm still missing some items I didn't receive my amplifying conditioner, the edge bae, or the Becky bible. Thank you so much for what was sent, but I look forward to hearing from you with the other items that was ordered. I will place a picture of the items that was posted on the website that was suppose to be in my order for the Becky Bundle.

This is a awful company , buyer beware. I placed my order on 12/1 , the next day received an email stating it was shipped but no tracking info was provided . I sent 9 emails , left comments on FB (deleted and I was blocked) Instagram(deleted and I was blocked) FB messenger (ignored) After 2 weeks I got an email from someone named Kelsey claiming the email address was no longer available and provided a whole new email for me to send my issues too ! Instead of just giving me my GD tracking number !! How do you block and delete folks who spent money on you ? The audacity ! Meanwhile she's flossing all over social media in LV scarves and beautiful parties and I'm looking stupid . On January 3rd I received my products with some bs note with a 30 % off coupon . I also don't believe the people who claimed to have got their products in 5 days all the way in the UK? How sway? I'm in NJ and it took over a month and I'm one of the lucky ones. Bragging how she cleared 120K in a week and a million in a year ? Yet your product labels contain typos ? Her site shows gorgeous purple and gold packages and I got a rusty dusty dented box that was used previously with identifying info scribbled out and tapped over . Don't bother calling the salon , she closed it awhile ago ! She has the nerve to invoke god and steal ? I get being overwhelmed, ok then stop taking orders , stop having sale after sale until all orders from your first sale (Black Friday ) are shipped ! This was the worst first experience and people want to rag when you don't support BB, well this is why! She took something sacred to black women (hair ) and preyed on their insecurities and desires for length and fullness . Disgusting !

Have not received my order.
I ordered what the website of Cannas Beauty Brand hair products call the "Bundle " the last week in November 30, 2019. They say it will be delivered in 7 days which is the 1 week in December. December 1st I recieved an email stating it's on it's way. I have not received my order yet despite my several attempts to contact them via email. There is no listed phone number for customers to call. I follow them on social media and have reached out to them there as well. They respond to ppl who have received their products and not to me. The others complain on the same thread and they blatantly respond to them and not me or them. I can't request a refund because the website says once it's shipped you can't request a refund.

I want someone to respond with the true status of my order. I should recieved a double order, or refund my money. And a sincere apology not one generated from the computer.

On 14Dec19, I placed an order with Canvas Beauty Brand for CANVAS BEAUTY Full Bloom Amplifying Shampoo & Conditioner Bundle Ã? 1 and CANVAS HAIR GROWTH SERUM Ã? 2. The confirmation # is XXXXX and price paid was $97.98 USD via Visa credit card. After waiting the required shipping time I contacted the company via email to inquire on the status of shipping on 22DEC19. I received no reply to this email, so I re-sent the same email on 27DEC19. To which, I received a what appears to be automated replay from the company stating the difficulties the company was having with its PINK WEEK sales. A tracking Number of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was provided on 30DEC19 with a pre-shipment status that has not changed. I have contacted the company again today with a request for the products or full refund on my purchase. I have received the same automated replay from their customer service I received upon first contacting their customer service.

I would like the Canvas Beauty Brand Company to ship the product prior to my deployment or provide a complete refund of the purchase price.

Shortly after placing a complaint with the BBC my order was shipped and has been received. Included with my product was an apology discount code. As this company has unreliable shipping and tracking it is unlikely that I will purchase from them again. Thank you BBC for the assistance provided to me it is greatly appreciated.

The company sends you a tracking number and no product arrives,
The only question I have is when are they going to issue a refund to me. How do I go about getting the refund, I never received the product if I do not receive the product I will file a FRAUD or DISPUTE case with my credit card company. As senior citizen this is teetering on elder abuse.

this company did finally deliver the item one month late without a refund for the expediting shipment that was paid for

I ordered a product from Canvas, was given a tracking number, but item is still not delivered b/c of incomplete shipping address which is a lie.
I received email with tracking number a week after purchase. Item was not delivered because of incomplete shipping address which is a lie because I know I sent the complete address. I emailed the customer service email they provided on 12/17/2019 with order number and complete address once again, after finding out package was undeliverable and still no answer and No package. Please help me get either a refund or the package. This is infuriating.

Customer service is basically non existent. This company continues to promote their products via Instagram. Totally dissatisfied with the entire process. Considering their daily promotion it's unethical practices when you have existing paid consumers with no product. The reviews are great and I was hoping to try their products but now I will be happy with a refund.

I completed an order for $99 cyber Monday sale after thanksgiving. The company will not respond to customer inquiries.
Canvas Beauty Brands refuses to respond to customers that have been waiting on their orders 2-3 months! Its so many of us I've seen get blocked on social media platform where they advertised and order just for asking about our orders. Canvas Beauty Brands respond on platforms only to potential customers asking to order or about the products and ignore customers that have already ordered. Any comments we make gets deleted by Canvas Beauty Brands. I've many inquiries I've made on all their social media pages, Ice sent many messages in their private chats and via email about my order I placed in Nov. I received email with tracking and as of today that still says preshipment label created.

I just want my money refunded back and no longer wish to do any business with Canvas Beauty Brand.

December 13, 2019; first email requesting when product will be shipped.

December 17, 2019; second email following up on not receiving response and requesting when product will be shipped.

December 21, 2019; third and final email stating if no response is received within 24-hours will call bank and reporting company as fraudulent intent.

Desired Outcome

I want responses to my email requests along with notification as to when products will be shipped. Shipment should take place with 24-hours and received within 2 to 3 business days. If this can't be done I want a full refund including shipping costs returned to the method of payment. ***NO OTHER RESOLUTION WILL BE SUFFICIENT

To my surprise the package was delivered to my home yesterday by carrier with a note apologizing for the delay in shipping as the company had grown faster than estimated over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. At this time since the product has been received no further action is required. I wish to close out this complaint.
