I can't get a reply back nor call them because of DISCONNECTED phone numbers. Yes, how you gone have a sweepstakes & you got SEVERAL customers missing their orders & can't respond back to them. POOR BUSINESS HANDLING‼️
I have ordered twice and have received my product very timely. I can't speak about the product's claims of growth yet because I have only had for 1 week.
Wow, sorry to see people have had problems receiving their order. I ordered twice from them and both orders came without delay! Still waiting to see what it does for my hair (only been using it for a week under a sew in), but at least I had no problems with my orders.
I ordered over $150 dollars worth of products on July 31, 2020 when Stormi initially started her birthday sale. It's 22 days later and still no products. On the "Shop" app, it shows it hasn't even left their warehouse as yet. I emailed them multiple times and they can't tell me whether or not I'll ever receive my items, but refuses to refund my money.
The website claim to ship within 7 business days but it's well over 7 days now and they have not ship my order.
They don't have good customer service.
They take your money from your bank account and damn with you after.
I'm all for supporting black businesses, but with practices like this, I will no longer support this company!
I ordered their products and received them in a timely manner. I have tried everything on my hair and edges but nothing worked until I tried these products. My edges are no longer thin. The products definitely work but you must use the serum, follicle booster, shampoo and conditioner on a regular basis. The customer service was great for me. I love the products and will continue to purchase them.
I ordered on the 5th. My card was charged the 6th. A label was created on the 6th. The tracking is showing that the product was never shipped. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. It's past their processing/shipping time. I've read another complaint about shipping problems in January 2020, therefore, they can't blame the pandemic. From now on, I will not use a merchant who takes payments directly. Instead, I will use merchants who uses a reputable pay site like Paypal.
I really wanted to support Canvas Beauty; the product had good reviews (on its website) and YouTube testimonials were convincing. I placed an order on August 4th, totaling $122. Now the website does state to allow 7 to 10 business days for processing beginning the day after the order is placed. I received a tracking no. on the morning of August 5th. When tracked the result was 'Package ready for pickup' which I interpreted as a good sign. However, that status reminded unchanged through August 18th and I filed a claim with my bank on August 19th.
Admittedly, I did not contact the company because I felt that to be their responsibility to me; after all, they had had my payment for two weeks. Canvas Beauty may or may not be a scam, I can't say for certain but the company certainly feels 'scammish'. The company may also be experiencing growing pains. If the latter is the case, then Canvas Beauty is obligated to communicate said to its paid customers. Instead, they continue to advertise unabashed; I second Revdex.coms 'F' grade.
Unprofessional and disrespectful, company did not provide an update or an apology for the delay and no product. What I got from them was a very nasty response in all caps saying NO REFUND POLICY.. umm excuse me? Under FTC mail order rules you are obligated to provide product and refund money if product is not received or refused by customer. You can't just take my money and not deliver anything?? No matter what delusional policy you decide to put in place. Their reviews on Revdex.com speaks for itself, over 200 complaints in just 2 years? This place needs to be shut down or ran by somebody else with a new staff. Just tacky and awful. I definitely want to sue. Please save your money!
Do not waste your money. You don't receive product and from what I heard it itches like hell and causes irritation to your scalp when you do receive it. I've waited 2 weeks for mine. They promote their products every other day and offer promotions every week for products you won't receive. They worried about making money off you instead of providing great customer service and keeping customers happy. I want to support black business but this company makes you feel stupid buying from them. These prices don't match the service. Softee and Jamaican castor oil grow your hair for way less a hassle. Dispute the charge from your bank and keep it moving. I don't see this company lasting long at all. They seriously suck
Delivered to wrong address by some system glitch that changed city/zip code. Generic email responses with no clear resolution. Bad customer service.
This company may have a good product(I wouldn't know, because I have not received it yet) but a terrible shipping/delivery service that is hurting their business. BADLY. And making it worse, is their lack of customer service when there are such glitches in the system brought to their attention. As soon as I received my confirmation that order #XXXXXX in email, I saw that my address was suddenly changed to with a different city/zip code. How did that happen? Impossible to have changed that for the billing address since the billing address was NOT that address and the payment would have been rejected using the wrong address. So, what happened? I have emailed this organization immediately, that this is wrong address. Their response is if it is delivered to the wrong address, file a claim. WHAT? I am catching this early, why the cold response of "filing a claim." Well, I am filing a COMPLAINT. After weeks of emailing them and emailing them to correct this or stop the shipment of the package, I kept getting generic responses after that. I am not sure if they even read the emails with screenshots proving that I did not change the address or that my computer populated the wrong address by mistake at the time of ordering. Still, no response but generic responses and more darn promotional emails from them. This is extremely frustrating. Oh, and when you respond to the email that sent you the notice of your order, there is a different email to use and when you use that email, you hear from a 'Tina.' Dealing with this company gives you this 'shady' vibe from them. And I think it is all over their bad delivery system and lack of customer service. I showed proof from their email they sent me of confirmation or order that, at the very least, the zip code was changed in their delivery system. I am responding to the emails THEY sent me. The package was delivered-to the incorrect address that printed on their shipment stickers. Those may or may have not returned the package since NO ONE is likely not living there with my name and they didn't order the stuff. Or they just committed a felony opened it and kept it. Regardless, I have sent email proving the glitch and received a apology from someone named *** in the company saying they will notify their tech team to fix the glitch. THEN NOTHING. No solution. Nothing. Just file a claim email. I want my products or my $71.97 returned, IMMEDIATELY. I don't know if they are going to resend the products, have resent the products, or put my emails in the SPAM bin responding saying, "Your request XXXXX has been updated" which means-WHAT exactly? Or #XXXXX or #XXXXX, etc. Are they fixing this issue? Are they blowing it off? I just don't know.
Oh, the COVID-19 thing that they are having delays in shipping....No, that is not an issue with my complaint here. There is some delay, but if it went to MY address, it wouldn't have felt like it was a long wait, given the circumstances of today. That is not a part of this issue as with the previous complaints filed here. Additionally, the shipping number...that is another matter, this has been mentioned before by others here so I wont go there, however, it is still ongoing ongoing this seemingly bogus tracking system that they have apologized for on this website. My issue Its their lack of clear response to do right by their customers and fixing a shipping error. Would you rather have returning customers? Or say, "well we shipped it out, we did out part." attitude. Something went wrong in the shipping system. Why won't they just own it and reship?? Look, I never did this before, but my friend ,who is a BUSINESS owner advised that I file a Revdex.com complaint. But this is terrible and I had to file against this company to warn others AND to get a resolution with this formal complaint to get a proper proactive response from CANVAS BEAUTY, LLC since direct communication attempts did not provide comprehensive proactive solution.
Shipment to correct address of products ordered. I wanted to use these products. I hear good things about them. I just want the shipment of what I paid for.
I received a full refund from this company on August 6th.
They don't have a working phone number. When you reach out by email it's always an automatic response. When I requested a working number by email for this American business they didn't respond back. I believe they are taking money from consumers and not mailing product
2 1/2 months ago I ordered a product and stated that I wanted my money back for no receipt. Gave me a generic email no refund.
Canvas Beauty took my money and I didn't receive my product. After 45 days I asked for my money because of non receipt. They continued to tell me it was shipped and have delays. After about five times I said I want my money back. They continue to send generic emails and will not address me with my refund. I tried over and over again and they do not answer the phones and stopped answering my emails. I do not want the product I want my refund. It was a gift for my daughter and I will go elsewhere. It is a shame that when you get blessed you forget how you get there. Trying to support but just give me my money back.

I asked for a refund. Thank you Revdex.com for helping me with this. Canvas Beauty said the shipment was delayed for backorder. I wanted a refund. They turned around and said they shipped it out "again". First order was May now its the 24th of July. After numerous complaints and I asked for a refund not the product. I don't even want the product after the big hassle.

I only put 1 star because I had to select something to write. I wish I would have come to this site first before making a purchase. I agree 100% with everything that is written on the delivery & the wrong information you get from customer service each time. They never delivered my product and the customer service; which they survey afterwards is a joke- they lie! DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered from this company June 29th and as of July 17th I have not received my order. I was given a fake shipping number. This same shipping number was given to my sister. After talking to *** at customer service she said I can not get a refund.

I purchased from this company, $137 worth of product and has not received it as yet, this has been a month ago. I emailed the company because the phone number does not work, and no response. This is so sad to try and purchase from these companies, and then get taking advantage of. I really would like to get my money back, and never by canvas again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
